Once everyone arrived on Flower Fruit Mountain, we gathered outside of Shulian Cave while I had my arm wrapped around MK to comfort him.

"So, you're saying you unlocked a cursed scroll and were attacked by DBK, Iron Fan, Spider Queen, Ne Zha, and some other demons you've never seen before?" Tang says, trying to get the gist of what happened.

"No, I'm saying we were attacked by ink versions of DBK, Iron Fan, Spider Queen, and all those other ones you just said." MK corrected him.

"And that Monkey King was sucked into an ancient scroll that you found in his room full of junk." Mei said.

"And now you're thinking Mr. Tang's gonna use his newfound powers to free our Mystic Monkey! Right?" Sandy gestured to Tang.

"And uh if that amazing plan doesn't work?" Pigsy says with arms crossed.

"Hey." Tang said in offense.

MK laughs nervously. "Don't worry about it guys! I figure this is just another cheeky, little adventure! If fighting Lady Bone Demon was a marathon, this is like a-a-a half marathon. Ideally less, you know? Short sprint."

I sighed, turning to Sandy. "Sandy, after all of this, I need a box of cats sent to our apartment."

"Sure thing." Sandy smiled, giving me a thumbs up.

MK dashes off back into the cave, no ink demons in sight. "Okay! No Ink Demons, Y/n. Phew! When we get Monkey King out, we're gonna look back and laugh. Oh, how we'll laugh!" MK forced out a laugh.

"Whoa! Monkey King... is a horder." Mei looked around at all of the junk.

"Hey, I think I found the scroll." Sandy said, holding uo the very scroll we were looking for.

"Sandy, wait!" I tried to stop him, but the scroll unrolled, making Sandy drop it and back away.

"Uh..." Sandy drags out as ink demons start to form.

"Alright, Tangy, you're up!" Mei pushed Tang forward.

"Uh, give our Mystic Monkey back, or you're going to learn why they call me Mr. Tang!" Tang tried to use his powers as the ink demons surrounded us but failed.

"Anytime now!" Pigsy said frantically.

"Give it a minute!" Tang shouted.

"Your journey is not complete."

"This fool has no strength."

"Your fear makes you weak."

"You are but a footnote."

The ink demons voices echoed around us.

"Uh, I'm not sure my sweet magic moves did the trick." Tanh said scaredly.

"You think?" Pigsy snaps.

The ink demons attacked.

I reacted fast, putting up a shield, only to get pushed back with MK and Mei, my hand starting to feel sore.

The three of us stood up, only to watch as the others sink into the ink.

An ink demon of Zhu Bajie came toward us, but slashes come from behind us, reducing the ink demon to splatters.

"What the hay?" Mei says as a figure with his sword walks by us. "I want that!"

My eyes widened, recognizing who it was.

The yellow mane, blue skin, and those magenta eyes.

Azure Lion has arrived.

The ink demons turned into Peng and Yellowtusk.
