The Gala Dinner is more than just a fancy event for important people to come and engage. This is the time where the Don from the Mafia Tree will announce the new Under Boss position from selected candidates.

This is the battle of getting a real deal!! Every candidate is eager for this new status because it will change a man's wealth and prosperity to greater heights.

The structure of this underground  empire comes with ranking or judgements in how much influence a man has in real life. It checks on how a man executes his strategies in eliminating his enemies for the protection of the empire and his current wealth status.

It also looks into how many people have faith in that man's leadership and would trust his word without hesitation or doubt.

In this kind of Mafia structure, the  men have each role to live by according to their status given by the Don. From the lowest level of status, there are certain people who directly meet up with ordinary people on the ground. Those are known as The Associates. Basically they are the ones doing the hard labour 24/7 like being a spy.

Above the Associaties status, There are highly skilled people who are good in executing targeted enemies and are able to get things done swiftly. Those people are called The Soldiers.

Above the soldiers status, there are a specific number of men who have a balanced authority to send orders to either associates or soldiers or both at the same time according to what is needed to be done. They are highly respected and do have some power that does make a huge impact on the ground. They supervise soldiers and associates in managing their own province. Such people are named the Capos.

The Capos' power or influence is nothing compared to the Under Boss. This position is for only for one man to secure. He is the prince of the kingdom. He passes laws to the Capos of what must be achieved and if such fails, the Under Boss has the right to eliminate the culprit like it's nothing. He will be working closely with the Don (the big boss.) like he is his sidekick.

This kind of status is powerful and very scary. This is the kind of promotion that Dean and Zain desperately want to win over it. This title has its own high value to which the Under Boss is allowed travel the world as he wishes and is basically the president of the empire or the chairperson.

All selected Capos within the Mafia Legacy qualify for applying for the finest seat of power. There are processes needed to take place before a candidate is awarded the position such as votes that was cast in by both associates and soldiers from the empire. However, on that night.. The Don of the Mafia will announce the winner and that person will be sworn in on the new role of life.
