CHAPTER FIFTY NINE

Mrs Baghat got a call that she waited for so long about Ariana's intentions for showing up at her family's event. All the necessary details as well as the hidden information that could destroy Thandeka's demeanor came to light. Her level of appointing an investigative team was beyond impressive. She knew how to use her resources to follow the truth until it reaches the deepest roots.

Mr Zakhele was ambushed by her team right after Ariana told the truth when she was suddenly kidnapped. Mr Zakhele tried to deny those allegations which left him to be brutally torched until he begged for mercy.

Emelda was not just an old woman married to an old rich man. When it came to her family, she goes all out for protection and take harsh actions. Her sweet personality masked the dangerous side of her that could turn a person's life like a living nightmare. She is the type of woman who sucks out the joy of an enemy until that enemy becomes fearful of her power.

Her discovery that Thandeka could cast a spell on her son for marriage, it angered her more than ever. This was when she acknowledges her husband approaching to her and sat down. Mr. Idris gives his woman a lovely kiss before he can talk to her about Vilakazi's visit.

"Mr Vilakazi came home the other day to propose the idea of bringing Zain and Thandeka into marriage to solidify our generational assets so that no stranger breaks the bloodline of our mafia." He said.

"What do you think about that?" She plainly asks him. "I think it might be reasonable given how Zain's problem is causing a risk to be investigated by top government agents." Idris replied.

"Well that is not going to happen for as long as i live. That friend of yours with his daughter are up to no good and i will make sure i protect my son from walking in their trap." Emelda strongly expressed her disapproval. Idris was surprised by her response and wondered her reason behind it.

Emelda kindly excused herself to address something and went outside of her mansion to approach a personal driver. "I hope you succeeded in what i have asked you to do." She sweetly reminds her employee. "Yes mam, i will take you to her." Her driver replied. They drove off to the hospital and she manages to find Larona on her bed.

Larona immediately felt scared as she does not know this face. "Don't worry, I will gladly introduce myself to you." Emelda stated. Seeing Larona conceived with her son's child, it made her feel special. She took some time to accept her view before she gets into business. Once she was satisfied by her sight, she strictly looks at Larona to say, "I am the woman who birthed your boyfriend. I need to you to listen to me closely because what i have to say, only comes once."

Larona was shocked and confused by what's going on with Emelda. A gut feeling alerted her to not try step on the wrong foot with her. She remained silent and stares at her. "I am here to help you in a certain way that would enlighten your matter with Zain. However you must follow every instruction i give you to get what you deserve. Your pregnancy must end shortly to get the work i have for you done because we are going to save Zain's soul even if he doesn't acknowledge what's happening to him. "

"I'm sorry Mam but i dont follow what you mean. What is going on and why must i end my pregnancy before its time?" Larona surprisingly questions Emelda which got her to be slightly irritated. "Just do as i say and you will understand why little girl." Emelda responded to her with an attitude.

Larona kept quiet from her reply which gave the opportunity for Emelda to continue talking, "I will talk to someone who i know that will address your condition quickly. As long as you know my face, you will get to know me better but i need you to accept that now you're going to live in a world where darkness fights with darkness. Your innocence will be a liability if you don't follow my lead."

Larona obeyed her point of view with respect even though she was still clueless of what is going on. It was then she got told that a new doctor who is linked to Mrs Baghat will induce her until childbirth. Emelda will supply her with everything that's needed if she agrees to act on her big plan.

"So what will the next step be after childbirth?" Larona nervously asked Zain's mother. "You will pretend to break up with Zain and move to a new place so that we secretly meet."
Emelda stated. "What if he won't want to get back together with me after this thing pass?" Larona worried.
"Stop worrying unnecessarily and just stay focused." Emelda concluded their strange chat and had left the hospital.

Larona was still processing over Emelda's surprise visit and how they officially met. Later on, Emelda's driver travelled to Zain's house. Emelda managed to enter the property without letting her son know.
She successfully invites herself to the house only to catch Thandeka walking on the hallway with a silky maroon robe wearing one of Zain's pair of slippers.

Thandeka was shocked to be caught in this kind of situation that it made things to be awkward between them. "I'm so sorry you had to see me this way Mrs Baghat. I didn't know that Zain planned to see you." She confessed out of respect.

Emelda looked at her body in dislike but then gives a smile to say, "All i can say is cheap services are chosen for a reason and that reason is doesn't stick for long my sweetheart."

Thandeka was silently shocked by that response that it offended her self esteem. It was only then She looked over Mrs Baghat walking passed her to find her son somewhere in the house.
