Chapter THIRTY SIX

(ZAIN'S POV)

It's been a while since I last talked to Larona. My concern on her silence grew internally and I decided to personally check how she is doing at her workplace. Surprisingly, I was informed that she relocated her job elsewhere and resigned from this school. I couldn't believe what my ears heard and I called her cell phone number which unfortunately did not reach out.

"where is she?" I whispered to myself while I resumed to walk out of the school premise. I got inside my luxury car and decided to drive by her street to see the damage Dean had caused. Her house was left into burnt pieces of wood and some walls were still standing in isolation. This made myself become angry about this situation. I felt guilty about it however I was hopeful to see her beautiful eyes at her best friend's place since well I had been notified by one my guys that it was her temporary place to stay.

I arrived at Masesi's house and began to knock at her door. Few minutes of waiting for a response, Masesi eventually opens the door and was surprised to see me. "Ohh.. Uhmm Good morning Mr. Radebe." she nervously greets and welcomes me inside her home. "Thank you for letting me inside your house Masesi. How are you doing today?" I kindly asked. "I'm doing well thanks and as for yourself?" she replied.

"I'm alright thanks. May I see Larona at this moment?" I directly asked her which she became nervous in wondering how to answer my question. "She's not here?" I added my words to her.

"Unfortunately yes Mr. Radebe she's not here." Masesi softly told me. "Refer to me as Zain please. The formal talk can be put aside." I let her know so that she feels comfortable with my presence. "I apologize for that Zain." she replied. "Tell me, where can I find her? I know she resigned her job recently so you must be the only one who might know where she's at." I sternly said to her.

Masesi clears her small throat and her face showed me that she knows something indeed. "Mr...uhhh I mean Zain, about Larona I deeply wish I could tell you right now but I promised her that I wouldn't disclose her whereabout. Please take into consideration as to why I cannot answer the question. She instructed me this because she doesn't want Dean or Yourself to figure out where is she. Ever since she lost her house from the fire, she hasn't been coping emotionally." she informs me.

"I genuinely understand where you coming from with this but let's keep it real between us. We both know that Dean is the monster here and not myself. I'm worried about her and I need to see how she is doing so if you can just tell me where is she, I promise I will not ruin this secrecy." I pleaded to Masesi and her reaction from my request softened her to open up.

"She's at Seshego." she disclosed Larona's current location. "thank you." I said and began to leave her alone without wasting time. She was surprised in wondering if maybe I knew the exact location of her house or not however by the time I left the house I immediately instructed Rex to organize my private jet for an emergency flight.

So many hours of the day had passed and when it became evening, I was already prepared to enter my jet with my important belongings and my flight was about to departure.

I arrived in limpopo province at the heart of it's capital city. I hired a decent car to drive off at a place that is located near the Seshego township area for temporary accommodation. I had to stay in for now because I was waiting for an update to discover where she stays or works from one of my top soldiers..

This world of Mafia is far sophisticated than just a street gangster. This is different due to how dangerous men in black suits can operate when it comes to money and power. Besides that, in this scenario, my lifestyle and it's resources were making things easy for me to find her.

I got a phone call with a notification of finding out where her little sister works. I hesitated to consider looking for her in aim to see her big sister however, due to my tiredness from dealing with the aftermath of Dean's stunt. I decided to take this opportunity to get to know the area before I resume my mission to find my princess.

On the next day, I woke up to drive to the township. It was a busy location however I decided to explore around with food experience and entertainment.
