Chapter Forty-Four

Autumn-

He drove to a place unknown, i hadn't been here before, it was getting dark and the sun was setting making the lake a pinky orange color.

It was so picturesque, it was hard to look away.

Ryder turned me around so i was staring at a projector and pillows and blankets on the ground ready for an outdoor movie.

He looked at me waiting for me to say something.

I couldn't stop smiling but he was still waiting for a reply, "it's unbelievable." I assured him and gave him a reassuring peck on the lips.

"So what are we watching?" i asked taking a seat on the soft looking set up.

"Well, i asked Tori, and she said that what every girl wants to do in their life time is..." he stopped mid sentence and brought out two stacks of disney movies.

I grinned uncontrollably at the stacks of disney movies.

"...Have a disney movie marathon."

"Yes!" i cheered.

"So whats first?"

I took the first dvd from the pile, "it looks like... Beauty and the beast." i announced and gave the movie over to Ryder as i got comfortable, i could do this all night.

Princesses here we come!!!

We managed to watch six movies before we couldn't handle anymore, Ryder was sick of me hitting him every time he'd laughed at me clapping whenever the characters kissed, its not my fault I thought they deserved an applause.

"What now?" I asked as he switched off the projector.

"Whats the time?" he asked reaching over for his phone.

the only light left was the battery lamps and the fairy lights wrapped around the tree and on the projector.

I caught glimpse of the 11:30 on his phone.

Surprisingly i wasn't tired after all the junk food and sugar.

Then i looked over to the lake that looked oh so magical, sparkling in the moonlight.

"Lets swim!" i grinned my eyes wide.

"Are you crazy?! it will be freezing!" He declined.

"Is Ryder to baby to take a moonlight dip?" i teased.

"You can go, i'll stand watch." he stated.

"What if i persuaded you to join me?" I questioned.

I wasn't doing this shit alone, its no fun otherwise.

He tilted his head suspiciously, "and how would you do that?"

I have no idea where the confidence came from, it simply doesn't make sense.

I guess he made it pretty clear that he loves me, so if anything this would just make us closer or something right?

I slowly started to strip down till i was left in my bra and undies.

My confidence was being fed by the wide eyed Ryder sitting on the ground.

"You have to get in the lake before i go any further." i stated smirking.

He looked unsure for a second but it didn't take long for him to make up his mind.

He was an eighteen year old guy who craved sex, of course he was going to jump in the lake.

He stripped down to his jockeys before running towards the lake, i sprinted after him and we launched ourselves off the jetty with a scream and splash, before i was surrounded by an icy cold embrace.

Coming back to the surface i took a cold breath in.

"Holy shit thats cold!" i huffed.

Ryder laughed beside me,"i warned you!"

"So..." i pouted knowing i probably should have listened.

"Hey, do you know what i just noticed?" he said.

I swam closer to him, "what?"

Before i could get away a tidal wave splashed at my face.

"You're still covered in paint." he stated.

I laughed humorlessly, "you're so dead Evans!" i spat, launching myself at him in a giant splash.

It was a pointless attack, he just hid under the water and when he came back up i was on his shoulders.

I screamed in surprise, "its cold up here!" i complained and before i knew it i was heading head first into the water.

I came back up laughing and Ryder was being a spastic dolphin prancing around in the water making me swallow water which led to a coughing fit.

When he resurfaced he couldn't help but laugh at my gracefulness, "Only you could be stupid enough to laugh underwater."

"Only you could be brave enough to say that to my face." i smiled sweetly before filling my mouth with water and spitting it in his face.

"Ew, you disgusting pig!" he laughed.

I gave him an innocent smile before swimming out of his reach.

By the time i cleared my eyes Ryder was flinging himself off the jetty towards me in a superman pose.

I cracked up laughing, "you look like an idiot!"

"Im your idiot." he stated after splashing me in the face by bombing into the water.

He pulled me closer and our lips touched.

It was so warming skin to skin. I craved to be surrounded by his warmth.

I pulled away, "Im cold." i whispered.

He wrapped my legs around his waist lifting me up and holding me tightly against his chest, walking towards the bank.

When we were on land he put me down, the wind hit and i shivered uncontrollably.

"Why is it so cold?" i whisper shouted, my teeth chattering together.

Ryder had disappeared but shortly returned with a blanket and wrapped it around me.

"My hero." i smiled as he picked me back up and walked me to the fairy lights and blankets.

"Don't forget it." He stated as he put me down on the soft ground.

"Better?" he asked.

I pulled his lips to mine and the butterflies inside my stomach went crazy, not because of the kiss, but because i knew what was going to happen.

We rolled over so i was now straddling him.

I blushed as something went hard from underneath me.

"I like it when you blush." he smirked.

I blushed again, against my own will.

He laughed before pulling my lips back to his, enveloping me in warmth once more. Goosebumps covered my body at the feel of his touch on my skin.

After a long round of the war of the dominating tongues, lip biting, ass grabbing and hair pulling, we broke apart to come up for air.

"Are you sure?" he whispered reaching for my panty line

I nodded as my heart thumped against my chest.

Im ready.
