Chapter 19

Liv POV

I was back in LA with Cole and IM5 as they were getting ready for their last Ustream. I was in the kitchen with Theresa cleaning up our lunch.

"What is Cole doing?" Theresa asked.

I shook my head. "I have no idea, he was up last time I went in there, and that was a few hours ago," I said as I put my plate in the dishwasher. "I'll go check on him," I said.

I went into our bedroom and saw him fast asleep. "Cole," I said as I walked over to him. I started rubbing his back before he rolled over and opened his eyes.

"Morning Liv," Cole said. I chuckled.

"Morning to you, it's almost time for Gabe and Dana to arrive," I said.

"Oh, I didn't realized I slept so late," Cole said sitting up.

"I thought you were up, your mom and I just finished with lunch and I didn't know what you were doing," I said.

"I'm sorry, I was tired," Cole said.

"Clearly, you're not sick are you?" I asked feeling his head.

"I feel fine, you know whenever you're stressed or just do a lot throughout the day and then the next day you're just dead exhausted? That's how I feel," Cole said. I nodded my head.

"As long as you're okay," I said before leaving a kiss on his head. "Dana and Gabe will be here soon," I said.

"Liv! Cole!" Theresa called as Onyx started barking.

"Or they are here now," I said. I moved away from Cole as he quickly got up.

"Give me ten minutes," Cole said as he ran into the bathroom. I left the room and went to go greet Dana and Gabe.

"Hey guys," I said.

"Hey," Dana said. "Can I have some paper towels or something? My lunch went all over my car," Dana said. I nodded my head as I headed into the kitchen.

"Hey, where's Cole?" Gabe said.

"Showering," I said rolling my eyes. I grabbed the paper towels and handed them to Dana.

"Did something happen?" Dana asked. I shook my head.

"He just woke up a few minutes ago," I said as I grabbed a plastic bag.

"It's almost 1:30," Dana said before we walked out to Dana's car.

"I know," I said.

"He's not sick is he?" Gabe asked. I shook my head.

"He's exhausted, he said he had a busy day yesterday and he just wanted to sleep," I said.

Dana looked over at Gabe. "How are you feeling? You were sick the other day," Dana said as he got into his car.

"I'm good," Gabe said.

"I didn't know that," I said.

"You weren't home yet," Dana said. "When do you go back?" He asked.

"Next week, but I have to go to New York on Thursday," I said.

"What do you have to go to New York for?" Dana asked.

"Recording, writing, meetings, repeat," I said. "Then I have a few shows around there, and then it will be time to go to London," I said.

"I'm excited about it," Dana said.

"Same," Gabe said. "Are you flying with us?" He asked. I nodded my head.

"Yeah, I should be back in LA before then," I said as we headed back inside. I threw the plastic bag away in the trash.
