Buck'll see a world in a new light because he realized that he does in fact like dudes. He dates tommy but Tommy's like "oh you talk about Eddie to much, I think you want to get in his pants," and Buck will realize and be like "oh yeah, you right," and he'll get it, cry himself to sleep and that will leave Eddie the only one who needs to figure himself out.
