As I hit the keys of the piano, it feels like every day, every month, and every year that Sam and I shared became clear memories that will remind me of the songs I wrote because of him.

Especially this song, singing Wedding Rings to him and to Pia's wedding renewal.

Poems that I made
Wouldn't fit into your hands
Roses that you gave
Dried buried in my heart

Something 'bout the time
Something 'bout the touch
Something that I couldn't exchange

You sang me, you sang me
Like I am leaving faraway
You stayed here
Waiting to call your name

Silver, paper, gold
I'll take what you give
Eternally, forevermore
You'll come back to me

Sinamahan ko ng ngiti ang habang sila'y sumamasayaw sa gitna, slowly dancing from this love song.

I'll stand here waiting
Watching you dance
I'll stand here kneeling
Until that ring is mine

While the keys are playing, sinimulan kong ibigay ang munting mensahe para sa kanila.

[To the two love birds, thank you for being part of my life— of course being part of this song] I said, holding my laughter. Saka ko hinanap sa dulo sina Pearl at Carlo na kasama ang kanilang Lola at Lolo. They wave at me at I smile back widely at them, enough to see me.

[This song will always meant for the purest kind of love that is worth waiting, just like the two of you did,] I said, then continue playing the song.

Sing the rhythm of my heart
Oh boy, you'll fall asleep trying
But let's rest here hearing it beat
Grow old laying in this dream

During the after party, masayang nagsasayawan ang lahat dahil din sa ingay at salo-salong kasiyahan ng lahat.

Until I found my way to Sam.

"Finally, wala na akong utang sa'yo," I said to him, reminding him the favor that he asked me before.

"Thanks, Clay,"

"Well, I made a promise that I'll sing to your wedding," I joke in which he smirks.

May sasabihin pa sana siya pero hindi ko ito narinig agad ng yakapin niya ako at dahil din sa ingay ng music.

"I'm glad too that you became part of me, and you'll always be," he whispered.

Tinapik ko ang kaniyang balikat at lalo pang hinigpitan ang pagkakayap.

Then that day became hours, then hours became minutes, and until the last seconds came, that was the last time when I saw him.

At ngayon, parang nauulit muli ang lahat. Parang bumabalik ang kaparehong pamilyar na lukso ng dugo dahilan para tumibok ng ganito ang aking puso.
