It was now late at night and Karen's phone was blowing up all day and she was avoiding it didn't even check to see who called.

She felt herself getting hungry then took her phone to order food but saw that amongst the people who were blowing her phone up... Drew was one of them.

She panicked and dialed his number to call him back and the phone was answered immediately.

"Karen where are you!!!!?" Drew asked her aggressively.

"I am where I've been for the past two days Drew, why? Are you okay? " Karen asked.

"Where is that Karen you better not be messing with one of your little men." Drew said.

"There is no other men but you Drew, you're the only man I've been with!"Karen shouted on the phone.

"I went to check if the photos were real, the photographer said they were authentic Karen" Drew said on the other line .

"Find another one Drew,I'll even come with you because I swear on my mother's grave I've never been touched by anyone but you ." Karen cried.

Then she heard that no one was on the line and saw that Drew had hung up on her.
She was so confused and didn't understand what's going on? Was she supposed to stay at her house? She was so confused that she ended up crying over what was going on. When did check for those photos if he had just had sex with her? Was he trying to prove something?

Drew on the other hand was furious, all he felt was anger towards Karen, he wanted to make her feel the pain he felt because to him Karen thought he was stupid. She didn't even try to apologise for her infedelity with multiple men yet she wanted him back?

He felt bad for hurting her during sex but he felt like his temper and anger towards her took over... he wanted to show her that he can still have her if he wanted to he but he didn't think he wanted her anymore , not sexually anyway.

Drew figured that out after having sex with her today and saw what type of man it turned him into. He got up and left to go have his divorce papers drawn, he saw the tears in Karen's eyes during sex and he knew that wasn't tears of pleasure so he decided that he didn't want her anymore, he was done. He only saw the anger and multiple men with her and he was a bishop , he didn't need these feelings of hate to ruin his entire reputation.

3 weeks passed and Karen finally got in touch with her sisters, she called her children that she was okay the week before... tomorrow they had church and she really didn't feel like going she hasn't been going for the past 3 weeks.

If anything her hormones were out of the roof and with what was going on in her marriage it wasn't helping her. She tried to call Drew several times and she didn't get through to him she didn't want to get to the house considering what happened last time. She didn't know how it will be or seem to just show up at church after a few weeks, but she was the church's first lady.

It was the morning of the church and Karen got herself as gorgeous as she can be... for a 50 year old she still got she thought to herself. She was glad the confidence in her wasn't taken away from her by what her husband had said.

Walking in church she felt more eyes on her than usual , that boosted her confidence because she knew she really really looked good today. And then her eyes finally connected with her husband she felt it in her body that moment how much she misses him, she missed him like crazy. But she was still waiting for him to apologise for how he treated her.

The service went by as per usual and everything went as how everything was supposed to until the last thing that occurred. The bishop was back on the stage making his big announcement.

"I know this will come as a shock to most of you guys but some members of the board already know this; my beautiful sweet wife and I... Karen dear would you come here" Drew gestured towards Karen. Karen was so confused on what was going on she got up and walked to her husband's side taking his hand.

"It's with an absolute broken heart to announce that my wife and I are separated. " Drew announced to the congregation holding Karen's hand, and Karen looked at him hurt, with so much betrayal.

"Karen and I are separated to divorce, not to get back together as husband and wife. " he continued and everyone in the congregation had a reaction even their family members had a shocked reaction because they didn't know any of this. Whispers and gasps were heard all around the building.

Karen roughly let go of Drew's hand and looked at him , she looked at him like a wife who's been stabbed in the back by her husband and that she truly was.

"The reasons for our divorce are private and we would like to keep them to ourself for the respect and decency from others , but we've loved each other for the past 30 years and still love each other now. I know my wife doesn't want to say anything right now..." Drew said not wanting to Karen to say something that would give what he was doing off.

"But we wish each other nothing but happiness hence we tried to get away from each before killing ourselves and draining ourselves. Your support will be highly appreciated at this time... thank you, and God bless you. " Drew concluded and the two went back to taking their seats.

Karen had tried so hard to push her tears inside and her stomach was fighting her really bad , she felt like she wanted to vomit. She didn't even get the chance to tell him about the baby, does she get to tell him now?

After Karen's surgery and death scare back then they decided that should take out her eggs just to be safe or if they wanted other kids they would use them and they did want them... they've been trying to stick for 4 years now and she was finally pregnant.

When the closing song was over everyone got up to talk to everyone and Karen just wanted to go home, she wanted away from everything.

She knew that her sisters were gonna be on her neck about the bomb Drew dropped on everyone... even her own self.

"Karen! " Dorinda said grabbing Karen's hand.

"Mommy , are you alright? " Kierra asked.

"Hi baby " Karen said kissing Kierra's cheek.

"Mommy where have you been? J Drew and I have been coming to check on ya'll at home and you were never there." Kierra told her mother.

"I've been staying in your grandmothers house Kierra, things haven't been well with your father. " Karen replied.

"How are you guys? How are you Doe? " Karen asked her sister who was looking at her like she was going to kill her.

"Nah.uh, Karen I'm inviting everyone to momma's house right now... we need to talk, why do you have a glow when you and your husband are in a middle of divorce Karen? " Dorinda asked her.

"Gurl- okay just get everyone for lunch." Karen replied playfully but her sister wasn't playing with her.
