Karen woke up she took in her surrounding and immediately was scared, praying she wasn't in a dream where the person she loved gained consciousness. She held on tighter to Tamela and was grateful for the fact that she was back into her arms she didn't want to leave her arms, she missed her too much and it was all her fault.

"Good morning sleepy. " Tamela said.

"You telling me you still woke up before me when you were just unconscious for the past 5 days?" Karen asked.

"I still did." Tamela said kissing Karen.

"We didn't brush our teeth ." Karen said attempting to stop Tamela's kisses.

"Are you saying my breath stinks?" Tamely asked acting offended.

"Exactly. "Karen said.

"I haven't kissed you in months and I almost died, do you think I care about all that?" Tamela asked and Karen just laughed getting up to go to the bathroom .

Karen walked into the bathroom and brushed her teeth , washed her face and tried to clean herself up then gave Tamela some mouth wash.

"You have a toothbrush here?" Tamela asked .

"Uh... yeah, I have my toiletries and clothes over there that one of your people helped me buy because I didn't bring anything coming here. " Karen said.

"So you practically lived here?" Tamela asked.

"I wouldn't say I lived here. " Karen said being all shy

"She did, she slept here , ate here and she would shower where the doctors did and I don't think you're allowed to do that. She has never laid a foot out this hospital since she came in . " Sofia said getting into the room interrupting them.

"She doesn't need to know all that now " Karen said and Tamela just stared at her and looked at her with all the love in the world.

"How are you feeling boss?" Sofia asked Tamela

"I'm okay, sour here and there , I just want these wounds healed is all. " Tamela said.

"It's been 5 days baby, give yourself time please. " Karen said walking out.

"You want something? I'm gonna grab a coffee." 

"No I'm alright. " Tamela said.

"How about you?" Karen asked looking at Sofia.

"No, I'm okay also thank you." Sofia said.

Karen walked out the room and left the two to talk because they probably had a lot to talk about giving them enough time to say it all but when she came back in the room she found Tamela crying and Sofia was trying to comfort her.

"What's wrong?" Karen asked getting closer to the bed.

" I will leave you two to it" Sofia said and then she got up and walked out the room. Karen got closer to Tamela comforting her now.

" Let's have a baby." Tamela let out crying.

"What!?' Karen asked her.

"I want to raise a little us with you Karen." Tamela said and Karen looked at her with confusion.

"Tamela we just reunited where is all of this coming from?" Karen asked her.

"We don't need time on our side baby... you just promise me that you're not leaving me ever again and we'll be fine." Tamela said and Karen listened to her intently.

They were silent for a moment and all Karen would think about was if she wanted to take this step with her... If all this was a wise decision. They haven't even told any of her family or her kids but here Tamela goes with having a baby... 'was this an near death crisis?' she thought to herself.
