"You should stop Bella... before the teacher notices that something's wrong..." Louis mumbled underneath his breath.
"Don't act all high and mighty now Louis. You've been waiting for this moment yourself. Come on, it's your turn or do you actually feel bad for the freak?"
Bella furiously sat there, holding the freak by her ponytail, as she was waiting for Louis to get up. Louis was obviously unsure what he should do. His twisted mind could not decide. Both Bella and I had to cheer for him and even then he seemed unsure. Nevertheless, he frowned before he suddenly got up. For a split and never ending second he simply gazed upon the freaks hurtful expression. I could not read Louis eyes at all.
He held the freak by the very same ponytail with his right hand. He hurt her. The freak cried. Louis was too strong. Seconds. Minutes. How much time did pass before he slammed her face on the table? A loud noise, as if some of her bones had just broken. Idiotic. The freak did not move anymore. She was alive I guess but she did not feel like reacting. Even after all that had happened, she was selfish enough to act arrogantly.
"It's your fault this is happening to you. Stop being an asshole. You're basically asking for this." I announced emotionlessly.
We left her there. We went back to the classroom without a care in the world. Christian ran after me. He tightly held me by the collar and pushed me against the wall. His small eyes, which were hidden behind his round glasses, glared at me in anger. Murder. That was all I could read from his expression. He was ready to kill me.
"Why didn't you stop it!?" He shouted furiously. I tried to gently push him away but his grip was way stronger than I could ever imagine. His fingers were long and his hands were strong like a lion.
"Why should I? The freak deserved it anyways."
"Stop calling her a freak already! She's a normal girl!"
"She's anything but normal. Why do you think does everyone call her a freak?"
"So that's how it is..." His grip lightened. He let go. My neck felt awfully sore. Where did he even get all that strength from?
"You think I deserved it as well.", he mumbled.
"What the hell are you talking about Christian?! That was a different situation.", I tried to explain but Christian was already too far gone. No matter what I said, he did not want to listen.
"How is this any different from what Mishka and the others did to me?! Talk to me Tyson! Sarah didn't do anything wrong! She just helped me! She-"
"If it really bothers you so much, then why didn't you do anything?! You just watched! You always leech off of others, instead of doing anything yourself! It's not just you, others have it hard as well!" Christian probably did not expect me to raise my voice. He probably did not expect me to say those things either and neither did I honestly. I had just lost control over my emotions. When I saw his frightened expression, I realised what I had done. I tried to get through to him but he did not want to hear another word.
"You're right Tyson. It was all my fault. Sorry that I bothered you with my stupid condition."
Christian left. He did not walk back to the freak. He just left the corridor. I later found out from Eric that Christian did not feel well, thus he went home. Christian probably did not tell Eric about what had happened, otherwise Eric would not have looked me in the eyes.
I did not tell anyone about this and I figured the others did not say anything either. Anyways, while Christian decided to stay home and be in agony, the freak came to school just like normal. What surprised me the most was that she had no wound on her forehead. She could have very well covered it up with makeup but even then you would notice something, right? I just could not understand how her skull did not break after that noise it made. Instead it was Louis who came to school with a broken wrist.

"What did you guys do to the freak? She looks kind of bothered, as if she did not get any sleep..." Alexy suddenly whispered gently into my ear, in the middle of the bustling hallway. Her breath felt soothing and addicting at the same time.
"Nothing too serious. Just pulled her hair a little and Louis smashed her face into the table."
"That's insane." She giggled joyfully.
Anyways, that was not was Alexy wanted to talk about. She pulled me away into an empty classroom. Once she closed the door behind us, our lips started touching gracefully. There was a tingling feeling that made me want more. I pulled her in, as our tongues playfully danced around each other. If we were not at school, I would have instantly ripped off her clothes.
"The junior tournament is coming up soon in Seeker. I was thinking of trying it out."
"You really think you have a chance all by yourself?" I asked surprised.
"Well... kind of. I just don't see any other way to earn enough money in time. If we don't pay back our debts soon, they'll take our house."
"What about your brother?" I asked sincerely hoping, as I held Alexy tightly in my arms. Her body was so small and fragile that I was worried it could break any second, just like glass.
"You know how Samuel is. He takes all the money for himself. We're in this together but he doesn't even care about me. I hate him so much I could kill him!" Her eyes tightened in a way I had never seen. This expression on her face told me how hurt and broken she was. I thought back to Siren's stream the night before. She had been drinking a lot again. Sam was furious at her and Oz because they almost lost the game, since both of them had gotten tired after streaming for six hours straight. Samira and Otis tried to help them out but this just lead to Sam getting mad at them as well.
"You drank a lot last night." I pointed out, trying to hide my worries behind a facade of calmness. Sunken eyes and yet a gentle smile. How did she do this? Nothing could possibly have eased her pain.
"How could you tell?"
"Just a feeling."
"I did but you don't have to worry about it. I'm used to it."
She was too.
"It's dangerous. You could die."
"It won't happen."
How can you be so sure?
"Alexy, please! I don't want to lose you as well!"
"You won't lose me. I'll be here with you until our very last breath."
Liar.
