Talis: In the year 1947 in Finland is where a boy was born one who would inevitably change the world, this was Joachim Nokianvirtanen.
Luigi: Though for some reason the J is silent when trying to pronounce his name.
Tails: Joachim spent his early childhood traveling with his father, Eilas aka Fin one of the members of Schicksal an elite organization dedicated to protecting the world from a global catastrophe phenomena known as the Honkai.
Luigi: Growing up in the 1950s, Joachim came close with some of the members of Schicksal's North American branch such as young prodigies like Lieserl Albert Einstein and his crush Frederica Nikola Tesla. Uhh just a heads up these two are like the female versions in case people are wondering. Like you know how Fate too a bunch of real life history male just to turn them into hot ass females? Yeah they did the same thing here. I don't know how but moving on.
Tails: But the person he was closest to was actually Welt Joyce who he looked up to like a hero.
Luigi: And that's because Joyce is the Herrscher of Reason of the Current Era and unlike most Herrschers, Joyce devoted his life to protecting the world from the Honkai.
Tails: Joachim had pretty much everything going for him until one day everything turned to tragedy.
Luigi: Basically Joachim's friends discovered some dirty secrets about Schicksal and found out their Overseer is a total piece of shit who had ulterior motives that aren't fighting the Honkai and would go on to threaten dear old dad, kill him in the process and attempt to blow up all of New York to prevent anyone else from discovering his secrets.
Tails: Fortunately Joyce managed to save the city, unfortunately it came at the cost of his life. In his dying moments Welt entrusted Joachim with his Herrscher core and his name.
Luigi: So he alongside Einstein and Tesla along with the rest of Schicksal's North American deflected Schicksal entirely and then decided to form their own organization called Anti-Entropy with Joachim as their leader under a brand new name: Welt Yang.
Tails: With this new name, a new organization, and a new goal to carry on his idol's will, Welt made it his mission to save humanity from the Honkai with his Herrscher abilities.
Luigi: He's got all the tricks and tools he needs to carry out his mission. Honkai Energy can be weaponized for all kinds of stuff superhuman stats, slow down and maybe even stopping time, and adaptability.
Tails: As a Herrscher his abilities and physical capabilities increased super high. Herrschers can fly, erase people from existence, fire off energy blasts, manipulate space and time to a 11th dimensional level, break the laws of reality, absorb life energy and manipulate all kinds of anomalies like the elements, and even alternate dimensions.
Luigi: But some of the most unique Herrschers out there is the Herrscher of Reason.
Tails: As the Herrscher of Reason, Welt's abilities are based on massive amounts of technology and can create pretty much anything he imagines out of thin air as long as he understands the thing he is creating.
Luigi: He can create massive laser guns, planes, tanks, you name it he can create. Hell once created a literal one-man army. Wow there really doesn't seem to be a limit to what this guy can make.
Tails: You know looking at this analysis really gives me a good idea.
Luigi: What is it?
Tails: I've decided to make an invention that allows me to make technology out of thin air and create my own one-man army.
Luigi: Ehh I don't know if that's possible.
Tails: Oh come on Luigi I have a IQ of 300 I'm sure I'll come up with something.
Luigi: Fine. Do you I guess.
Tails: Thank you dear friend. Anyways I plan on making my one-man army out of technology while I do that be sure to stay tuned for next time for Welt's opponent, Iron Man.
