The Keyblade Master goes up against the Emanator of Nihility. Two depressed swordsmen who lost their swords and have wondered across entire worlds yet still fight on the side of good will take their battle to the ring and only one will survive.

Sage: Riku, Keyblade Master of Light and Darkness.

Bowser Jr: Acheron, Emanator of Nihility.

Sage: Today we have two examples of people who follow path of darkness yet fights alongside the heroes of light.

Bowser Jr: And now it's time to see these two darkness users clash. She's Sage and I'm Bowser Jr.

Sage: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Riku

Sage: Light and Darkness are complicated yet at the same time complex. We can either join on the path or light or fall into darkness.

Bowser Jr: This statement is especially true in the world of Kingdom Hearts you know the one world get things get complicated.

Sage: On the world of Destiny Islands lived 2 boys and 1 girl. Sora, Riku, and Kairi.

Bowser Jr: Ever since they were young children they've been having a great time racing across the beach, sword fighting and even playing games with Final Fantasy characters. Wait what? Anyway Sora and Riku have especially got this classic childhood rivalry.

Sage: But none of that was enough to satisfy them, as the 3 of them one day dreamed of exploring worlds outside of their small little island to see their worldview beyond their homeworld.

Bowser Jr: And they would get the chance to do that but it was not the way they expected as within that same night thousands of these black creatures started swarming in and invaded their homes.

Sage: These are the Heartless. Living manifestations of the darkness within people's hearts making them the most formidable and dangerous threat of all time.

Bowser Jr: All of this happened because Riku had opened the door in the Secret Place at some point and that's how the Heartless invaded.

Sage: that was because Ansem, Seeker of Darkness had been whispering in his ear and taking advantage of the darkness in his heart. Consumed by his desire to leave Destiny Islands, Riku walked into a portal called the Corridor of Darkness and ended up in another world where he met Maleficent who saw potential in the young boy due to the darkness in his heart.

Bowser Jr: And after being possessed by Ansem, Riku began to go on a brutal kill streak until goody hero Sora over here gave him a classic ass beating and saved Riku from Ansem and so Riku helped Sora and friends seal the darkness in the dark realm leaving him trapped there in the process.

Sage: Feeling nothing but guilt and remorse for his actions of falling into darkness, Riku set out on a journey of redemption to never be consumed by darkness or his own insecurities ever again. Like many other characters that we know of Riku is a wielder of the Keyblade a magical weapon of light that is used to fight the darkness.
