Cap Toe Flats
Materials:
ballet flats
painter's tape
spray paint
plastic bags
Directions:
1. If your shoe has a bow on the front, snip it off.
2. Tape your shoes 2-3 inches from the tip of the toe.
3. Wrap the rest of your shoe with a plastic bag for protection.
4. Spray paint the tip of your shoe. You might need to paint more than one coat.
5. Wait 15 minutes, then peel the tape of.
