Step one:
Apply lip balm all over your lips for a nice soft base.
Step two:
Apply a lip liner matching your lipstick all over your lips.
Step three:
Take a tissue and press it against your lips, apply powder to your lips through the tissue to make your lips matte.
Step four:
Apply your lipstick
And you're done!
