"When is Chan coming back?" Lily finally asked after waiting about a week, she was too scared to say anything because it almost seemed Felix could break down crying about it at any second.

"I don't know he said a week but I'm scared of asking. I don't know what exactly he's having to deal with there. He seemed pretty stressed when I texted him a few days ago."

"Do you think he's going to come back?" Lily asked even though she was scared of what the response could be. They were both too wrapped up in their conversation to notice a person walk into the cafe.

"Can I please have an iced matcha latte?" Felix heard a familiar voice ask, which seemed to immediately fix his mood.

It was strange though, he wanted to kiss Chan but considering that they had only kissed once and failed to talk about it or mention it again after, it felt wrong. He wanted to hug him but didn't know if it would be acceptable or weird. So he just smiled.

"I missed you."

"I don't even get a hug?" Chan asked which somehow made Felix feel a sense of relief.

"Please leave early," Lily said to him and he smiled at her before taking his apron off and running around to hug Chan.

"I missed you too," Chan replied and moved the bag that he was holding to his other hand. "Maybe a little too much."

They walked to a nearby park as the caught up a bit and Felix opened the bag that Chan got him which consisted of a hoodie and a bunch of snacks that he brought from Korea.

"Thank you," Felix said even though he couldn't care less about all of the gifts, he was just happy that Chan was back. Although he couldn't seem to stop reminding himself that it might not be for forever.

"Of course," Chan smiled at him.

"How was Korea?" Felix asked, he needed to bring it up somehow.

"It was hard to spend Minho's birthday like that but I miss my friends and family there. It just feels like i big reminder about what happened, it almost felt like a had to relive it every day I was there."

"I'm sorry."

"But i don't think it would have been that bad with you there. I'm sorry, I don't know why I didn't ask you to come. I just- I still haven't entirely comprehend that Minho is gone. I can't really think or plan anything clearly when it comes to him."

"It's okay Chan, as I said, I'll wait for you."

"It means a lot," Chan said with a weak smile, Felix's words kind of reminded him of his own.
