Felix managed to cheer Chan up a bit on the 13 hour plane ride.

It was kind of hard not to feel at least a little happy when he was sitting next to someone who couldn't possibly be more excited.

The plain ride came to an end faster than they thought it would, especially Chan since this isn't the first time he's done this.

They grabbed their luggage and Chan couldn't help but admire Felix's smile once they had finally stepped outside.

"We can drop off our stuff at my house, my mom is on a business trip so she won't be there but Hyunjin and Seungmin want to meet up in an hour."

"It's so pretty here!"

"Felix, we're standing outside of an airport."

"And I'm admiring it," he pouted.

Chan had to pull his hand in order to get him to start walking to the car that Chan had ordered to pick them up.

Felix stared out the window the entire car drive, making comments or asking Chan about certain things. He didn't even realize it but, he was taking Chan's mind off of what he would usually be thinking of right now, Minho.

They got to his house and it took Felix no time to find that baby pictures of Chan on the wall.

"You were so cute!" He said, looking at another picture of Chan when he was a little bit older standing in a park next to another boy with the cutest smile he had ever seen. "Is that you and Minho?"

"Yeah."

"And that's your spot?" He asked, pointing at a spot behind them in the picture.

"Yes, it is but you," he began, grabbing Felix's hand, "need to unpack before we have to leave."

"But I haven't even seen your room yet," Felix complained with a pout. "How about you unpack now, I look at your room and unpack later when we get back."

"You're gonna regret it but if that's what you want to do."

Chan began unpacking immediately and Felix took in his room. The blue bedding, fairy lights with small polaroids hanging on them. Felix walked closer to them, seeing pictures of Minho, Chan, who he assumed to be Hyunjin and Seungmin, and a couple of other people he couldn't quite put a name to.

This room felt so much more comfortable than Chan's room in Australia, it felt like him, it felt safe.

Usually, Felix was the type of person to feel uncomfortable when he was in a new place but right now, he's never felt more comfortable.

"What's this?" Felix asked, picking up a piece of paper than was on Chan's dresser, untouched since the day Chan had opened and read it.

"That's umm..." Chan started but just gave Felix what was supposed to be a smile but it was so forced that it pretty much told Felix what it was.

"Sorry, I'll stop being nosy."

"You can look at anything else," Chan confirmed.

"This?" Felix asked, picking up a scrapbook that was lying next to the note. It said happy birthday on the front.

"Yeah," Chan smiled, immediately knowing what it was. "I think you'll enjoy looking through that."

Felix sat on his bed and opened the scrapbook, immediately seeing a picture of Chan and Minho together.

"You guys were so cute!" He smiled, he took his time to look through the pages, admiring each one.

He was happy that he could finally picture each journal entry more clearly.

Surprisingly, the only picture of Minho that Chan had ever shown him was the one that was still his screen saver.

"I love that you're having a great time but we do have to get going."

"I'll finish looking through it later," Felix smiled and put the scrapbook back on Chan's dresser.
