Prologue

Prologue 1 : Intelligence Division

The world now has shifted, in Nacht news the Prince August has become the next ruler of the Satrus Empire spread throughout the world. The new unit that collaborates between the knights and soldiers of both the empire and the republic now has joined forces as the new Synergia Unit was born. Under no obligations Metro City's crime rates started to increase as more and more people became afraid to live, with constant terrorist attacks occurring. I am... Sophia Yates, after my father's death I with Lance Hubert have wanted to get revenge on the Nox Assault Squad. But both of us were failures... I never was able to graduate from the Knights Academy, and Lance who did was stationed as a guard at Titan Prison.

Lance walks inside the room, "Hey Sophi, you ready?"

I stood up, "Yeah."

I've trained with him for five years... Five years have passed since the death of my father... In the time we trained we were able to meet with the new Emperor of Satrus, he allowed us to become a special division within the Synergia Unit... Called the Intelligence Division. It wasn't only me and Lance who joined, but two others from the republic joined as well.

As I walk down a pink haired girl that had least expression walks over and hugs me,

"Sophi you're late..."

"Sorry Fifi, I had a nightmare."

A guy with black hair with a stern face looks back, "Then let's continue with our mission."

Lance nods, "Lead the way Zio."

Right, we are the Intelligence Division. Just like the Shade Assassins we work under the emperor but also with the Redco party. Our current mission is to gather details on the ongoing terrorist attacks happening in Metro City. We were only resting at Sinsvale City.

Zio asks me, "Sophi, any new information?"

I checked my Lambda System,

"The terrorists call themselves the Griffin Liberation Front."

Zio pounders, "Griffins? The old Knight's unit?"

Lance takes a look at me, "Hold on, you're Lambda? That's mine!"

"Hehe took you long enough!"

Lambda is a new communication device developed by Savion, Jung-Kook and Kyle. The three along with new artifacts found, plus new materials from the University of Archaeology Branch Campus were able to build a new communication device that works long range. Of course only a few are out, Lance having one of them.

I turned to Zio, "But the Griffins, I heard they were captured?"

Fifi interrupts, "I heard they were released."

Zio looks ahead, "Well, we just got to find out what happened."

When we arrived at Metro City, the place was a mess, as the road felt like a ghost town and many closed their doors. Along the way to the mayor's office there were many people who cowered in fear as another threatened to kill them. Once we entered the office the Mayor was very busy with paperwork as she took a few minutes to realize we arrived.

"Oh you're the ID."

Once we sat down lance asked the questions,

"Yes we are here by the Intelligence Division by the Synergia Unit. So can you tell us the problem?"

She messed her hair around, "The problem? Gwen can you hand them the papers?"

"Yes, Mayor Rouge."
