It has been one month since the battalions failed to fully take over the continents. Being pushed back by Operation Liberation, and the opening of Centena island, the Nox Government halted their plans for control, and focused more into rebuilding the army they lost.

Currently in the Diamond City Council.

Esther Van, a man in his fifties, and the mayor of Diamond City. Calvin Roman the head of the Diamond City police. Eleanor Kramer, head of the Nox Agents. Ryan Stone, head of the World Nox News. Then finally, Lucas H. Smith, head of the New-Moon party.

The five sat in a roundtable to discuss future plans.

Esther nods, "Ahem, the plan has not been going as smoothly, we underestimated the influence of Emperor August."

Calvin spoke up, "Vash must be furious, I heard he is returning from Centena Island in defeat."

Ryan groans, "How many times do I have to say, August and Lyn."

Lucas takes a sip of his coffee, "I must say, the battalions were rather useless for an army of the Government."

Eleanor nods, "That's because they are failed Dux and Nexus members. They are called the Hidden Army of the Nox Government, other than third, second and first battalion, the others were most likely going to lose."

Calvin sighs, "We need to make our move as well. Lucas, any thoughts?"

Lucas asks, "Pull up the names of the ones who defeated the captains."

Ryan pulls out a list, "Leo Starway, Lulu Victor, Dan-Bi Yu, Tianyu Liu, and Roy Vigil."

"Hmph easy, the only real threats are Hazel and Xander. The rest are easy to handle, the New-Moon will protect Diamond City."

Eleanor stood up, "The Agents role is to guard the Nexus, but as head we can help guard this city instead."

Esther shouts, "We cannot let Operation Liberation come further into this city. This city has been granted special materials from Lux, we cannot afford it to be destroyed. Diamond City shall be the city of revolution!"

Eleanor smirks, "Do not worry, I have a spy within... They are planning to make their move when Emperor August comes back."
