Chapter 16: Get Together

It's been some time since we left Isogan City, and now we are nearing Lestine City, where I will meet my friends.

Alina sighed, "Isogan City has a hospital, I wished I could visit the place."

I asked, "Why didn't you?"

"The hospital? Because the person I wanted to meet wasn't there."

Rayth looks up to Alina, "Who is it?"

"She is one of the best doctors in the world, she is the one who helped discover the edible Wynite, and she created many formulas and items for health. During the northern war she was in high demand saving a lot of knights. She came to Ruby Medical College as an instructor, and personally taught for a few nights my Class Q. I didn't get to talk with her much but I would have loved to meet her. She just wasn't at Sapphire Hospital when we were at Isogan."

I smiled, "I'm happy you found a purpose in life Alina."

"Hm?"

I laughed, "I remembered when you first joined you didn't know what to do. But after going to Ruby, it seems that you are determined."

Alina nods, "Of course I am determined, a doctor's job is to save lives. During my time as Class Q, I realized a single mistake could cost someone's life. I don't want that to happen. Maybe I can't cure everyone, but my life goal will always be to save lives."

August smirks, "Everyone has a dream, or goal."

Rayth shouts, "I dream of becoming stronger!"

Eloria lightly taps Rayths head, "Shut up, but becoming the strongest has a lot of meaning."

Jasper takes a deep sigh, "I want to discover the secrets of the world. And I believe finding Nyx is a step I need to take."

Eloria smiles, "Even if Nina is the strongest, I'd like to fight Nyx myself!"

August points out, "Look out, we're at Lestine City."

As we get off the carriage Alina asks me, "So, do you want us around for your reunion? We can all split up for now."

Eloria was already ahead, "I wanna eat bread!"

August sighed, "I think that is for the best, Jasper? Can you supervise Eloria? Rayth, come with me. Let's see if we can buy you a new weapon."

Jasper points to himself, "Why me..."

Alina smiled, "I'll help as well."

Rayth's eyes were shining, "Really? A new weapon?!"

They waved me goodbye, I really consider them my family... Joyce, he didn't tell me directly where to go, but the one place I do know some of them is at... Is at the bar. A couple of walks later I took a deep breath and opened the bar. I scanned around when finally someone shouts,

"Lyn!"

I quickly turn around to spot Joy, and two others as I walk towards them.

A pink haired girl smiled, "It's been too long hasn't it?"

The white hair girl nodded, "Yes..."

The Pink haired girl is Kayla Jehanel, and the white haired girl is Lawrance Renard.

Kay laughed, "Lyn, when did you get so famous huh?"

Joy giggles, "Who's one to talk? Legendary Doctor Kay Jehanel."

I shouted, "You're the doctor?"

Law nods, "She is working in Sapphire Hospital if I remember correctly..."
