Reminisce 7: Dark's Upbringing

Born as a slave, Dark had to live a life of gloom and death. Everywhere he went he saw death... and eventually awarded for the night where he would die. He didn't remember his parents, nor if he had any siblings. He didn't know if anyone outside knew him. For all he knew he was a waste of human space just existing... only to serve the riches. But that night never came, he was fated to stay as a slave and die. A fate that he considered, worse than death...

What Dark had though, was nature. He lived through the trees, the different animals who were kind enough to approach him. He always wished that if he was to live... he would live peacefully in a quiet forest alongside animals, which he considered family.

But reality hit as Dark was beaten to death, his master didn't like that Dark would try to run off with animals that were kept to be killed as resources. But for Dark, the world went silent, and time froze as he heard a voice.

{Do you want true power?}

"..." Dark's eyes were dead, dried up and was not even questioning what was happening as the voice spoke again.

{I am the god of this world, I can grant you the wish you need. Give them your wish...}

That's when Dark lifts his head slightly and his eyes return back, "I... I want... I want to live with my friends... in nature... but I'm weak..."

{You no longer are bound by the chains set by your master... Now, break the chains and fight for the freedom and the fate you choose to believe!}

A container appeared in front of Dark as he slowly reached out, Dark then drank the crimson blood from within and once he was done his eyes glowed crimson as well, as his body was filled with a sinister dark aura. When time resumed Dark awakened to his true form as he turned into a full dragon as he wreaked havoc.

{Creature of Draco, your fate has been changed... proceeding with your wish won't be just a possibility anymore}

Where he would be known as the [Dark Dragon].

With a nickname, Dark Dragon, only heard rumors and would think he was a terrifying monster. But in actuality he is shy, he enjoys spending time with the animals he would see, and watch the shores. He would never forgive anyone who would hurt his friends or family. He was well known to appear in the fairy tale, in the past Dark is said to have made friends in a village in Heian. Yet due to Dark's shyness, Zohar helped act as a villain (Red and Blue Oni). And more famously he gave away a few of his scales which a famous blacksmith created (Dark Wings).
