Chapter 29 (Lyndon): Angels Vs Demons

We arrived at the port city of Nirvana Island, where everyone else was waiting. Rayth and I handed over the key as Hyde forced Jupiter to get her key.

August smirks, "Alright, we've got all twelve keys, now we just need to head back to Yak."

Hyde looks ahead as Jupiter hides behind him, of course Lucy sideyes them,

"Eadian, looks like you are doing fine."

"It has been a while since I've seen you three."

Lucy shouts, "I didn't want to see you–"

Rayth kicks her down as August asks,

"What brings you down here?"

Arianrhod bows down, which was a shock to us, "We need your help. Do you remember the girl Serena A. Esparza?"

"Yes."

"Well, she was found... At the deepest part of our castle."

Hyde, Lucy and Jupiter were the ones who were shocked as the rest of us looked in confusion.

I ask, "What's wrong with that?"

Hyde turns around, "Nirvana Island is special, since the island is reminiscent of the old Tuca Kingdom... At the bottom of the castle, is a link between Nirvana and Tuca."

Arianrhod nods, "If Serena were to break the chains that were set up, the merge will soon begin. It wouldn't be too pleasant as Nirvana Island is known to have many monsters roaming around."

Jasper comments, "That's bad isn't it?"

August steps up, "Let's hurry then."

We rushed over to the city when the castle was rumbling, Arianrhod stops,

"It's... it's too late..."

Above the Castle was a giant portal as Serenea is thrown out and falls down in front of us. August shouts,

"You're that white haired girl!"

Serena looks up, "Who..."

Arianrhod turns, "Hyde!"

Hyde jumps up, "Lucy help me out!"

Lucy flies up with him, Hyde then cuts his arms as the blood is used to make a protective barrier, as the people evacuate with the help of Alina, and the quick Eloria. Then the castle explodes into pieces raining down onto the city, destroying everything. There was still some people around as Arianrhod screams,

"I WON'T LET YOU HARM MY PEOPLE!"

Her body started to glow a dark haze as big roots spike out of the ground protecting everyone from the blast. Her hair was longer, and she had a certain calm demeanor, more than so.

Once everything calmed down we investigated Serena, as the hole above the castle still existed.

Eloria kicks her down, "Explain!"

Serena stood up, "I was just... the voice..."

I grabbed Eloria's shoulder, then lent a hand, "Please tell us, you caused a lot of trouble around here."

Alina gave a meek expression, "Ack, too bright!"

As Serena grabbed my hand, I turned around as Eloria and August were standing behind me, their scary aura making Serena flinch.

Serena started to fidget as she explained, "I was just an ordinary citizen... but one day I opened my eyes, my hair turned white and I could see them. I could see the cracks of this world! I was afraid, when I looked through some of them, they looked like paradise, but others looked like... like gehenna. I was scared and ran away from my hometown. From there on I was always living in fear, where I heard a voice. A voice that guided me to this place, and guided me underground. Where I found a tablet stone."
