Chapter 33: Nyx's Phantasma

"Wake up Lyn!"

I stood up, as everyone was waiting for me...

"Sorry..."

The same dream about that guy with the same face... I can't think about that, for now. We are going to face and confront Nyx.

All of us walked up to the sealed body of Nyx, the entire area was filled with void, the only thing now existing was us. Then wrapped in bandages and chained by Nyx... August grabbed his sword,

"Are you all ready?"

We all rested... Whew, it's finally time!

August grips his sword tightly, then striked down onto the chains. Earlier, August asked Hyde to infuse his Soul Star Blade with Hyde's blood.

SLASH!

August did it! The chains fell off, as a blinding light shines, the light quickly loses its color as the bandages fall off. Nyx... Her long dark and purple hair, her crystal purple eyes. The bandages are completely removed as August tries to speak,

"Ny–"

But something was off. She landed onto the floor when she suddenly moved side to side, gripping her hair as she screamed.

"KRAAA!"

Her eyes shone a bright purple light, as her scream echoes throughout the void. Hyde quickly creates a blood domain to protect us. Suddenly, the space surrounding Nyx started to distort. As it distorts into the night sky with stars, she engulfs us into... space?!

We were all floating, in the air. Stars looked close, and close. They were bigger, as if we could see the universe with our own eyes. Suddenly I grasped for air... I can't breathe! Something is weird! I look around as everyone but Hyde and Lucy were suffering the same fate. In that moment Hyde entraps us in his blood, then soon we all were sharing a drop of his blood.

"What..."

Hyde shouts, "We are up in space, there is no oxygen in this void. My blood will help you at least breathe through."

In front of us was someone massive, we looked like mere ants compared to what we were seeing. It was Nyx. her body covered in dark void, from atop was long glowing purple hair, with a hollow blue crescent moon shape on her forehead. She had no mouth, no nose, but her eyes were glowing a purple light. As she wields a long staff, with a purple gem at the end.

August shouts, "This is it guys!"

Hyde flew back, "I am unsure if we can beat her."

That's when all of our bodies started to glow.

Eloria smirks as she puts on her mask, "This is great, I've dreamed of this moment!"

This energy, is this what Genesis gave us? That's when words started to appear in my mind,

August's hair started to shine a bright golden color, as he manifested a unique golden aura as his eyes started to shine with a glimmer, "We might have a fighting chance!"

Eloria had his mask on, as her unique aura was shown, "With this, I will surpass Luyu!"

Alina's hair started to glow a slight green light as she shouts, "Allow me to heal you all!"

Jasper's sword Lahat Chereb started to glow in power, "Holy shit!"

Rayth's Aegis Armor shifted into a suitable and more powerful shield, as one of his eyes started to glow golden, and the other started to glow a blue color, "We can do this!"
