I was covered in blood, no sign of Louis. No sign of my father either. "Come and fucking fight me! You- pathetic piece of shit!"

I'd thrown so many things, I felt like a fucking child. Kicking his office door in, I found Louis sat there, strapped down with cuts and bruises. "Hi baby." He drops his head back.

"I'm sorry I took so long I had a uh- a breakdown." My voice was breaking with every other word. "Why are you covered in blood?"

"It's probably best if I keep that to myself. Also best if you keep your eyes shut when we leave." He stands up, wiping the blood from my face. "It's not yours?" He asked. "No."

"Okay then I don't give a fuck." He pulls the headphones out. Wiping my face with his sleeve. "He hurt you."

"Yeah but he's fucking terrified of you. I've never seen a man that sacred in my life. He hid it for a while but there was- nosies and he just, sort of shivered and acted like he didn't care."

"I'm just glad you're okay." He kisses my cheek. "Don't do that, if you get the blood in your system you could die."

"Why do you think I wiped your face. Come on. Need to get you cleaned up. There's a creek near by we can go." He was so calm. "You don't hate me? You're not scared?"

"No. I know you won't hurt me. I don't have anything to be scared of. I guess it's a little strange knowing you kill people for a living but I'm not actually that surprised."

"Yeah?" He wipes over my lips. "No. All those people going missing every time you find out that they hurt me was a little suspicious."

"You're so pretty." He huffs out a sigh. "I will tell you what, it's a little weird knowing that you just kill people, I mean I saw your eyes when you came in here. You were about three seconds away from completely disappearing. But somehow you just, didn't."

"You're my anchor. Which yes it's so cheesy ha ha I said something cute. But I'm serious. The amount of times I've been three seconds away from switching and you've just been there, you don't even do anything you just stand there."

"Well it's a good thing I'm not scared of you then because god knows what you'd do if I'd just left." He takes my hands. "Oh I wouldn't let you. Which is bad I know, I know that it's kidnapping, but I would've kept you in a room. I would keep you forever and a day- see that right there isn't normal, you're not supposed to smile at that."

"I know but that's the most romantic thing anybody's ever said to me." What the fuck.

**

"Louis just fucking jump in!" I yelled. "Sorry! Sorry! Baby come on! It's fine!"

"No I'll die. This is embarrassing." It was cold as shit. My skin was really tight and it felt weird. "Look I'll go under. Just jump in."

He did eventually make it down. We'd called the others to meet us here and bring spare clothes. But it was about a half an hour drive out so god knows how that's going to go.

Pulling myself up from the water, I shake my head. Pulling him in closer. "What if there's like, things in the water?"

"You suggested it baby. The water is surrounded. If there's anything in here it's dead or old." He shook his head. "That doesn't really make me feel better."

"I was kidding. I did search up where we were walking because I was lost. The water is clear, the most you'll find is a leaf." He squints at me. "I feel like you're lying to me." I tut. "I don't know what to tell you my love."

Falling under the water. I swam a little further down, seeing the rocks at the bottom just for a second before I closed my eyes. Dragging him down with me, kissing him carefully.

I did find my way back up, leaning against the rock so that I could kiss him with my full attention. "I missed you." I said between kisses. "Yeah?" I nod, my heart pounding in my chest.

"Fuck, you're so pretty." I huffed, he'd just laughed at me. "I can hear Tyler singing."

"Not really singing, he's sort of just yelling." We'd stayed hidden, kissing for just a little bit longer before we swam down until they couldn't see us. Grabbing Tyler's legs I heard a muffled scream. "What?"

"Something just grabbed me." I moved around, grabbing Hero and Marz too. Swimming back up and jumping onto Zayn. "Heard you almost switched again. What happened? You seem fine." Zayn asked.

"Oh, yeah no I just- uh, you know and then I like, didn't." Tyler hums. "Wow, here I was, thinking you were about to be vague."

"I'll kill you." He gasps. "Shocker." Hero was wide eyed, trying to get him to shut up by silently staring at him. "Hero." I said quietly.

Watching her slowly sink into the water. "Also since when did you have a sister?" Tyler asked. "What? I didn't- okay, how do you know these things?"

"Oh my mom uh, works as a close friend of Diana's. Yeah no I've known all of this. None of this is new to me, except for the sister thing."

"That's explains the girl in the picture. But you guys don't really look alike." I really don't know what's happening. "None of you seem angry at this. I told Marz all of this and she fucking ignored me for weeks."

"Marz is a little bitch." Tyler said. "Okay watch your mouth." She warns. "Whatever. Anyways, why don't you talk about your sister?"

"Because she's insane." Daisy and Hero hummed a little. "No he's serious. I'm usually on your guys' side but she really is." Marz says.

"It's not her fault." I said. "No. No I know." Tyler hums. "But we might end up seeing more of her. She's- I mean she just tried to kill me and everything but I can't, uhm- I can't let him take her again. So, we will have another person to take care of."

"It'll be an even number." Zayn says. "Yeah. But she doesn't really talk too much so don't be surprised if you end up getting ignored. Okay, moving along quickly. We should all find rocks. The cool rocks though."

"Yes." We were all swimming around like fish for about forty minutes, it started to get dark after a few hours. They all wanted to stay but I couldn't handle being in the woods this close to open land. The stories I've been told.

"He's superstitious, leave the boy alone." Louis said, taking my hand walking in front with me. "He's always been this way." Daisy laughed, the others hummed. "Makes sense."

"Plus you were all getting tired anyway. We've been here for hours. We don't need to be here that long." I was always ferried of the dark, but they didn't need to know that part.
