"I think he just doesn't care- not in a bad way. I think he's just, sort of there with it." I make my way in, all of them going silent. If I hadn't heard the last thing, I would've spiralled and probably overthought it to the point where my hair would fall out. "Hi guys."

"Do you know about Daisy and Izzy?" Louis asked. "Louis!" Tyler yells. "What? I'm not keeping shit from him. Feels weird."

"I know. Yeah. I'm not going to make them uncomfortable and start hammering them with questions. Plus I've always known Izzy wasn't- into guys. My father tried to get her to marry and she almost killed him. I've never seen anybody get that close to killing him."

"You knew before she did then." Daisy mumbled. Isadora smacking her forehead. "It's true. I mean, thats probably why it didn't even cross his mind. You're just the same person to him. To us it was new, but he's always seen you." Marz explains. "Yeah."

"Okay I have to take her to her session now. We're all gonna go to the beach later after all you have finished your classes." I nod. "Okay, just text me and I'll be- around. Somewhere."

"Okay. I'll text you." I laughed. "I literally just- okay. Yeah."

**

"No it's cute." The girls behind us were trying to figure out where Marz got her bikini from, but she has the face of a slapped arse right now and it was terrifying. "What's happening?"

"N-nothing we just- uh, nothing." Marz frowns. "Oh." The girl beside her huffs. "We just? We liked your bikini. We wanted to tell you but we didn't want to disturb you."

"Oh my god," the biggest smile you'd ever see. "Really? I was a little scared to wear it because it's like, a little small but it's kind of comfortable."

"Yeah, no it looks cute. Makes your skin look really good, like a shiny new tan kind of good." Marz scoffs with her hands over her chest. "Oh my god I love you. Really?" She was giggling.

"I got it from the fisherman's shop a few stores over from this one. And it holds up pretty well if you wanted to swim." I guess it really is that easy. "Oh my god I love that shop. I didn't know they had new ones."

"Yeah he got it in this morning. I love your hair by the way. Did you use coconut oil?" It confused me. They can be so nice but then they can be so mean. How do they know the difference? "Yes, oh my god can you tell? Like actually?"

"Yeah. No it looks healthy. It's shiny too..." I didn't know what was happening but I just left her to it. Daisy had done the same with the girl at the beach.

Now that I think about it, they do this all the time. Hero too, she always had trouble with talking, but the second she hears a compliment, she's telling you wear she got every item she's wearing.

"Oh my god I just realised you're Marz from west coast." She shrugs. "I listened to your new album- we listened to it last night. It was so good. Definitely a favourite."

"Really? It was very rushed." They both huffed. "You can't tell. It was so good, a lot more songs to dance to, I love dancing. It's my favourite thing to do. Which is probably why I love it so much."

"My boyfriend is like, the producer which is, fucking cool as shit. He's dumb but he's pretty cool." They both nod. "I know the feeling."

"You two complement each other so well. You really bring out that sort of- like, I can't describe it but you look good together. Like two little disco balls."

"Nice. I wish I was a disco ball." I nod. "Me too." I mumbled. "No shes, she was talking about uh- you know."

"Oh, so was he." The girl holds up her hand for a high five. "What a weird thing to high five."

Once we'd gotten everybody's ice creams, we practically ran back to the beach. "Sorry! Sorry I made friends. Here's your ice creams."

"Half an hour. You were gone for half an hour." Tyler scowls. "Shut up." Louis said. "Whatever. At your show tonight, can you sing hot n cold by Katy Perry?"

"No. What the fuck is it with you and that song?" Zayn was judging him but I was going to say yes. "Daisy sounds like Katy Perry, she could sing it." Tyler adds. "True." Marz backs him up. "What?"

"It wouldn't hurt us." Daisy said. "Okay see now I seem like a dick."

"Then say yes." I said, smiling at his obvious anger. "Guys!" Louis screams, almost tripping over the sand. "Guys! Your album- oh my god I'm out of breath."

"What are you saying?" He turns his phone around, I snatch it from his hand. All of them leaning over from behind me. "We're number one, in like- so many places. I can't count right now." I mumbled out. "Yeah."

"Crash my car is number one also." Louis adds. "What's funny is that Harry wrote that song before you actually crashed his car. Absolutely hilarious."

"Daisy I will feed you to a dog if you do t shut your mouth. It was not funny." She nods at him. "It was hilarious actually."

"Wear coasts newest album 'just give me a try' is more proof that not all indie bands are able to change their sound and make a good album. Says, Albert George. Who is balding at the ripe age of 27."

"Was that a comment or did you just say that?" I asked Daisy. "Oh, no that's everybody's comments. That or they're shitting on his article for being 'badly written and stupidly ignorant' it's pretty funny."

"Yeah his article was quickly followed by many others, praising the album. 'The album itself is a spontaneous dancers dream, but along with this, the new west coast album has a sound change that most would consider to be an incline of self love and hope. The confidence in the sound change shows that the band is willing to take risks and show that change is okay for everybody.' It's a pretty cute article."

"Yeah there's quite a few like that. There are a few acting like we're not literal teenagers and they're bashing us like there's no tomorrow, but there's a lot more good than bad."

"My dad always said that if everything in your career is good, then your career is not good. But he is also a sore loser so, I don't know."

"Louis what does your dad actually do?" He shrugs at Hero. "Makes famous peoples album covers look a little less shitty."

"Did he ever do anything to our covers?" I asked. "No I don't think so."

"Oh thank god." He sits in front of me, resting himself on my lap. "Your music video for pumpin blood has become a favourite. People are dancing in angel wings and sunglasses. It's a good thing it came out in summer, imaging it came out in November or something."

"If the college had a normal schedule then it would've. We wouldn't have been here in August and we would've ended up with it in November."

"The album of the summer would've been the album that got out played by Christmas music." Tyler said, leaving us all in some awkward silence that he didn't seem to notice for a while. "That's such a weird thing to say."

"What is?" Hero cackles. "He doesn't even know he said it."

"What did I say?" He turns to me. "That Christmas music would've out played our album." He giggles. "Yeah. No I stand by that." Hero smacks him over the head. "Don't be a bitch." He sighs. "Whatever."
