The games rigged, one agile jerk on the
patter of the flurry wind that blows through me.
Sweep my slack jaw along the cobwebs.
You could see the straps stitched along the
bottom of my feet.
No can save me now.
I drag myself across the floor just to speak,
spacing out the legions of sadness that take their
place, fixing the leak in the roof while I try to be a better me.
