The sun is bright and almost uncomfortably hot. To stand still, exposed to the warmth of the ball of light high up in the sky, it may cause one a heatstroke if they decided to allow the sunlight access to their body for a long time.
Yoongi is well aware of the risk. And he knows he should also get going and not keep standing there for nothing now that the car carrying his younger brother is already out of sight. He cannot really help it though. For that is his younger brother. And Yoongi missed him more than he will ever dare to admit.
He's in good hands. I should get going now.
"Everything alright, Boss?" The driver asks.
Yoongi turns around to face the still seated youth. "Of course. Let us get moving."
The young driver nods, "noted!" He then finally gets out of the car himself and walks up to the gates that have yet to be fully closed, and pushes it open wide again before going back to the car and taking back his seat behind the steering wheel, starting up the engine. "Get in, Boss!"
Yoongi opens the door to the passenger seat and sits down. He closes the door and buckles himself up without saying a word before turning to the younger, nodding.
That is the youth's sign. He smirks and turns to look in front of him, taking a not so careful look of where he is to drive to, and traps on the accelerator with so much force it resembles a kick much better.
"Sit tight!" He laughs, and drives the car onto the palace's property at full speed.
Yoongi just allows him to do whatever he wants. He cares very little about how the youth does it, as long as he does it.
The youth's name is Lee Jun. Originally from China, Lee Jun moved to South Korea at the age of ten. His parents died when he was a teenager and Lee Jun was left to fend for himself. Which is how he met Yoongi.
Yoongi knows Lee Jun is a bit of an odd character. He is unserious and likes to take risks. Lee Jun is a big fan of drama and tricks. Even so, Yoongi doesn't mind.
Lee Jun hits the brakes and stops the car when they are right in front of the palace. Rolling down the window, he leans over the edge with an arm and takes in the sight of the huge building. "Beautiful." He gapes.
"Stop looking," Yoongi tells him as he unbuckles himself and opens the door, getting out. "Get your ass moving."
"Yes Sir!" Lee Jun exclaims and follows the older outside the car and closer to the palace.
"Boss, how are we gonna get in? Have you considered the guards?" Lee Jun asks. Though it is far too late to be thinking about it at this point.
Yoongi scoffs. He reaches for the pocket of his jacket and fishes a rolled up belt from it, straightening it out. "What do you think?" Although Yoongi asks, he expects no answer.
Lee Jun ah's as he comes to understand. He chuckles then and cracks his knuckles, preparing himself. "Just say so next time. What's the use of making me guess? If you wanna fight, we fight!"
Lee Jun has never been the kind of person to shy away from a fight.
"Just scare them a bit. It'll all be over when the Dog Emperor comes looking anyway."
