I made a shield between myself and everything in the world,
I'm so far from the planet even starlight cannot reach me,
Leave me gone
Let me bleed into the sky so that when you look at the sun a mosaic of colors shields its light
Let me drown in my darkness so that when you look at the moon you can see how it's glow combats the night
Let me bleed through my sorrows so that when you look upon me you'll see a through the veil, the crimson streaks of my tragedy, and know me not from how I look, but from the stories my body will tell
Look, hear of blood shed, pain borne, tragedy endured
Listen, see moons broken, starlight shattered, sunlight tainted
Please
Let me bleed
Leave me gone
