Nezu POV
Let's see what I can do about Aldrea; this school has a high reputation, and I never really thought it would be a bad school, but I was wrong. But now I have enough evidence to burn this school down. I found a desk that had death threats carved into it at this school.
When the boy's room was inspected a bit, I laid my eyes on a bunch of notebooks. Some were very precise analyses about heroes, but the others were a few notebooks where he wrote down every mean thing that was said to him. Below, there's the name and the date. Sometimes, there are pressed Spider Lilies included. It's not just one notebook but a whole bunch. Some names repeat often, some don't. But now I know whom to accuse.
In these little books, All Might was also mentioned. The worst thing I noticed when I saw that was that on the same day, he was told to end himself to have a quirk and become a hero, and All Might told him that without a quirk, he can't be a hero and should be realistic.
The boy has too much bad luck. He loves quirks, was a fan of All Might, and wanted to be a hero. He has no quirk, and All Might told him he can't be a hero. So, all his dreams were shattered. And it seems like he was very close friends with the person who told him to end himself. When someone important to you betrays you, it hurts more than if it were just a stranger.
The list of accusations is getting longer as I search more. I print out paper by paper with the accusations and crimes they've committed.

Private Chat
Nezu: Good morning Tsukauchi, I have some accusations against a school with a generally good reputation.
Tsukauchi: Hello, I'm doing well too. Thanks for asking.
Nezu: I don't have time for formalities.
Tsukauchi: What are you accusing them of?
Nezu: I've never had so much evidence and accusations against someone. If you don't want me to write to you all day, come and get the papers.
Tsukauchi: Does this case have anything to do with your previous case of the mother neglecting her son? Normally, you don't intervene so much for the common good.
Nezu: You're right about that. The boy has some impressive knowledge about quirks and heroes.
Tsukauchi: I don't want to know where this is leading. What about the boy?
Nezu: He's suicidal and in Aizawa's custody.
Tsukauchi: How did you manage him do that?
Nezu: He asked for it. However, he also asked not to tell anyone that he actually wanted it voluntarily. And since Aizawa was the best choice to look after the boy, I allowed it.
Tsukauchi: Is the boy doing better?
Nezu: If you mean his mental health, no. He sees ending it as a game. Someone who tries might cry a lot, taking it much more emotionally, and regretting it. If someone stops him; he sees that as a reason to try harder.
Tsukauchi: Ah, yes, the case with the mother. She hardly has a chance anymore.
Nezu: That's good to hear.
