"Aadriti" Someone shook my shoulder bringing me out of my imagination.

"We have to leave for our next class, come on" Mayuri said.

I nodded my head getting up and walked along with.

"I hate these type of boys" Mayuri muttered looking at the side.

I followed her gaze and found Saransh standing there with his friends.

"He didn't even do anything" I whispered.

"Oh please, you don't know his kind, they think they own the world just because their dad is rich" Mayuri added.

"But he doesn't have a dad" Aastha snickered.

"Did you just joke about his parents?" That came out as a surprise from my mouth as I stared at them.

"It's not that serious chill" Disha chuckled.

I entered my maths class which I forcefully opted for even though it's not a necessary subject for my degree.

The first benches were surprisingly empty, considering Agastya's fanbase.

Mayuri quickly sat on the first bench and I had to sit besides her.

Agastya entered the class just exactly when the bell rang.

Always on time

Everyone removed their books and sat straight as he directly started teaching from where he left in the last class.

Can't he spare me atleast one glance?

I mentally stubbed a knife in his stomach when the door opened.

Agastya stopped and turned his head towards the door seeing Saransh enter.

"What's your excuse this time?" Agastya asked spearing a glance at his watch.

"I was called in the principal's office" Saransh replied walking towards the back of the class.

"You will sit at front in my lecturs" Agastya ordered strictly looking at Saransh in anger.

Saransh shrugged his shoulders with a nonchalant look and placed his hands inside his pocket walking back towards the front.

Saransh stopped just besides me taking a seat on my right and that's when Agastya glanced at me.

Agastya looked at both if us for a sec before resuming his lecture.

I was looking ahead all the time trying not to make a conversation with Saransh but the way he kept tapping his pen on the bench was getting on my nerves.

"Can you please stop?" I whispered in a low voice.

The tapping of his pen stopped without him uttering another word.

Strange

"I hope you all have done your homework, because I will be taking a test on it now" The words left Agastya's mouth and I looked at him in shock.

A few students groaned in the class which was silenced when Agastya glared at them.

"Now keep your notebooks inside, I will be handing you the answer sheets" Agastya kept all his books aside taking out the blank pages.
