Continuation past
I rushed inside the hotel and dragged Agastya along with me till my room.
"I will just take my bag and come okay?" I said to Agastya and got inside my room.
Throwing my phone on the bed I walked behind the couch dragging my suitcase out from there.
Sitting down on the floor I opened the suitcase and removed the first few clothes.
The bundles of two thousand ruppee notes filling the suitcase came in sight.
I removed one bundle and wondered "will this be enough?"
I grabbed my backpack from the couch and stuffed two bundles inside it "I guess It's more than enough"
Packing the suitcase as it was I stuffed it behind the couch and walked out of the door.
"Ready?" I smiled holding my bag with both my hands.
Agastya looked at the bag skeptically and asked "Ready? For what?"
"For eating!" I grabbed his hand and dragged him with me again
"Aadriti, Aadriti slow down" Agastya mumbled from behind.
"My bike is there" he muttered as we walked in opposite direction.
"we should take metro, it will be easier" I replied.

"Thank you" I smiled as Agastya grabbed our order placing it infront of me.
"Have you had a burger before?" I asked grabbing mine in my hands and taking the first bite.
As I watched as Agastya analyses the burger before looking up at me
"It's been a long time" he whispers deep in thoughts still looking at it.
"Same pinch" I gave him a small watching him take a bite.
"Do you know? I had a toy burger? I used to cook a lot of fake food in my childhood" a small flashback of me arranging those burger peices came in mind.
"It was my favorite toy, what was your favorite toy?" I asked.
Agastya looks up at me a moment before he replies "A rubber ball? It used to glow after we throw it on the floor"
"Oh!, I thought you will say a rubik's cube, smart people usually have that" I grabbed the french fries from his side.
"I didn't know how to solve a rubik's cube, but brother taught me that" he chuckles at first but then stops.
"You have a brother?" I asked taking in the new information.
"Step brother, yes" he nodded his head before asking "do you have any siblings?"
"Nope, I am an only child, my mother died while giving birth to me" I dipped the fries in the ketchup before stuffing them in my mouth together.
I looked up to see Agastya staring at me. There wasn't pity in eyes nope, it was something else.
