I gasped. Lily?! My Lily?! Is that why she was so familiar. I took a step back. I felt my back hit the wall. I... I... My Lily? I was so confused. I took another look at the baby. No, it wasn't my Lily. Lily was bigger, almost eighteen months old when she died. I slowly walked towards.

"Can I hold her?" I asked quietly. Even though she wasn't my Lily, I'd still take care of this little one with love. I looked towards Cara for permission, she nodded. I picked up the little one. "Will she have her own room? Or will she stay in mine?" I asked.

"She will stay in your room till she'e older," Cara said, not even asking for my permission. I was given all the necessary things to take care if her. A crib was already in my room, Cara had told me. But, since she us Cara, she used bigger words.

When I walked into the lounge, everyone fell silent. I quietly explained. I went to my room and placed the baby in her crib. I stood beside the crib, staring at the baby. I heard the door open, and shut. A hand touched my arm. I turned to expect Ren, but instead it was Dynn.

"You're taking care of the baby pretty well. I mean, she's still alive. I just lost a bet to that little twerp Zeff. By the way, him and Clom have become partners in crime, so watch out," Dynn warned. I smiled at him. I wouldn't have to take care of the kid all the time. Flo and Arelle said they would happily babysit.

"So there first prank is technically their first date? Good for them. I expected them to die alone," I joked. I sighed. Too many things kept on changing.

"Nah, Clom has a crush on Flo. But, I think he could be a player, and flirt with Ren," Dynn said, " Or maybe you. Everyone loves you," he said, then fell silent.

I looked at him in surprise. Then I noticed something. I looked at him harder. No, it can't be. He looks so much... And so does Ren.... Dynn notices me studying his face. "Umm.... Phoenix?"

I gasped. Dynn and Ren looked so much like the sad scientist I saw earlier. This was because, I think, that the scientist was their dad.
