After reuniting, the boys took a couple of months to spend time together. They don't remember who's suggestion it was but it was a good idea. One of them had suggested that they go on tour like they planned to do so many years ago and after all they had missed performing with each other.

Viva and Poppy and a couple other trolls stayed on Vacay Island to help Brandy with her and Bruce's kids while the boys went on tour. It was a nice change of pace for all of them.

The tour started off fine but a little bit before the halfway mark, John Dory started to not feel good. He had clearly just caught a cold but he wasn't going let that stop him from performing with his brothers.

With that, John continued to perform, move their equipment, drive them to the next venue and several other things. He refused to let that cold catch up to him because if it did, he wouldn't get to perform with his brothers and spend time with them. He had missed them and they all had grown so much since the last time he saw them, he didn't want to miss this opportunity.

By the end of the tour, JD felt exhausted. He just had to get through this last show and they'd be done.

The performance started off normal, they sang several of their songs and wooed the fans.

Floyd noticed a lower level of energy from his oldest brother. John's smolder looked forced and he was just a half a beat behind. Floyd knew that this wasn't a mistake John Dory would make, after all he had been performing the longest. Floyd decided to talk to JD about it after the show, he figured his brother was probably a little overworked, they all were.

The performance ended and they all made their way backstage.

Floyd walked over to talk to John but JD didn't seem to notice him. He was stumbling slightly as he reached to grab a bottle of water but his hand didn't make it that far.

Floyd reached to touch John Dory to get his attention but before his hand reached his brother, John started falling forward.

Floyd rushed to catch his brother, John slumping against his chest. Floyd called for Clay and Bruce, who had seen what happened and were already on their way over, dropping whatever had been in their hands in that moment.

Bruce crouched down next Floyd, placing his hand on JD's forehead to feel his temperature.

"Oh Johnny, you're burning up. Clay, go get a washcloth or towel or something and wrap up some ice. What happened?" Bruce said, helping Floyd reposition John Dory so his head was resting on Floyd's shoulder.

Clay nodded his head before rushing off to get the items Bruce asked for.

"I don't know. He wasn't acting like himself during that last song, he was half a beat behind. So I came over to check up on him and he just passed out." Floyd said, pulling John's goggles off his head so they stopped digging into JD's head.

Clay handed the washcloth wrapped around several ice cubes to Bruce, him and Branch watching worriedly.

"Should we call an ambulance?" Clay asked, pulling his phone out of his pocket.

"No, not yet. You know he'd bitch and complain if you did that." Bruce said as he started dabbing the washcloth against JD's cheek, forehead and neck. He needed to bring John's temperature down, it was probably dangerously high.

John's breathing was shaky and shallow. And he was shivering despite the sheet of sweat that covered his skin.

After several minutes that felt like an eternity, John Dory opened his eyes. For a moment his vision swam, a few blinks cleared it up.

"What happened? Why are they looking at me like that?" John thought as he looked around at how worried his little brothers looked.

"Hey, how you feeling Johnny?" Bruce asked, watching how JD's eyes seemed glazed over and unfocused.
