Could've imagined a future with you,
Yet I ended up imagining disappearing you,
And that was true!
How to make it right?
Whether it was a parallel show of my mind?
When things could've been different!
Cause I almost imagined telling my dad about you,
Saying dad I love him and he'll keep me happy!
Should've never gone so close,
Neither did this heart had fallen,
Nor those butterflies,
But players end up finding their way to games,
And I was as much as fun just like a ball in the whole game,
Would've known that clever head,
Known already yet pretend,
You were only a child laughing your heart out,
Want to let it go,
But if you'd come again,
This heart won't allow,
Cause I can't keep holding onto these should've, would've, and could've, forever,
As these never ending words,
Representing regrets would never stop following me,
If I'd make another mistake' again.
