Working part time,
After the dream of the business,
Never knew when he lost track of time,
Hoping something new to come he waits on his door,
Digging into icebergs.
One day something different happen,
And he heard someone laughing,
Pretty face shining in the sunshine,
Scarf round, long cardigan, and jeans tight,
He kept staring with wide eyes,
She gave a little smile,
As if it's for the first time.
Next day she again passed by,
Laughing with her friends sneaking eyesight,
Didn't find him there,
And he was standing right beside her,
She blushed and went away with friends of hers.
The time passed like a shallow leaf,
One day she didn't see him there,
And asked the neighbour for his presence fair,
Never told, "He moved to the city",
For the girl it was such a pity,
She went away with her head down,
Disappointed from time's bound.
One day while she was wandering through woods,
Saw him standing there in his hood,
As if he was some delusional,
She went running towards him as if his presence is just seasonal.
She cried the tears of joy,
Said the words, "Thought I lost you oh baby boy",
Hold me close before it's all gone by,
Never knew I could felt so acquainted with someone by whose side I just passed by,
Tell me you feel the same,
Thinking of you, standing here, I'm so in vain,
Oh baby boy,
Cause I'm so hopelessly in love,
Just hoping for your love.
That's when he spoke,
Time passed like a shallow leaf,
Without a day seeing you,
Every warmth just feels like you,
I came back just to be with you.
Will move to the city,
Out of all this pity,
Live like a rough water,
Loving each other,
Tenderly than the surface,
Deep down into the ocean.
