I immediately threw them out of my hut.

Well, not exactly throw them, but still. I rushed to get them out. Stupid rules. Did they think I was a child or something?

I stayed there alone for a little. I didn't eat this morning. I threw up the food. I've done that before, but now, Nolan has his eyes on me.

He notices if I don't eat. I feel bad about lying to my best friend. But mostly Newt, my boyfriend.

He was so sweet, and always there for me. But the past few days, I didn't go to him. I couldn't tell him anything.

After some minutes of overthinking, I decided to come out of my hut. I needed some great company.

I got up from the bed and walked to the door. I first hesitated to pull the handle. Without another thought, I did. I opened the door and wandered around the Glade.

I had noticed the runners had gone into the Maze. There was one person who still, had not woken up. Chuck. I could find him and he would definitely keep me company. He is a very nice kid. A good friend.

I walked up to the Homestead, looking for Chuck. There were some boys still sleeping, but most of them were awake. The problem was, that there was no sign of Chuck.

I thought that he might be cleaning. He was a Slopper after all. On my way there, some people stopped me.

"Stella!" It was Chuck himself. He was in the gardens with Thomas and Newt. He had got up and stood in front of me.

"Hey, Chuck. How come you're here?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"Just keeping Thomas company. We found a new sleeping spot". He replied placing his hands on his hips.

"How was your long night?" Thomas said walking next to Chuck, with his arms crossed. He pointed out the word 'long' multiple times today.

"Hey! Why do you always leave me to work alone?" Newt shouted from a distance. All of us turned to face the boy.

I took it as an opportunity to leave the conversation. I rushed over to Newt. He dropped his shovel and grabbed me by my waist. I relaxed my hands on his shoulders, to stand on tiptoe, so I could kiss him.

I thought it would be a quick and sweet kiss, but none of us wanted to stop it. A lot of time has passed since we kissed for that long.

Thomas cleared his throat, as a sign for us to stop.

Newt slowly stopped the kiss. "Guess that's our cue". He said chuckling. Our foreheads still collided, and our noses were in touch.

"Ew, disgusting". Chuck said frowning.

I let go of Newt, walking towards a log, and sitting down. The same one, we had sat down multiple times. "Aw Chuckie. When we get out of here, you're gonna find a girl, and do that 'disgusting' thing too".

"Ha! I would never! You guys are hormonal, I'm not!" Chuck said sitting next to me.

"Hormonal?" Thomas followed, raising his eyebrows.

"Yes! Especially these too". Chuck replied pointing at Newt and me.

"Thomas, concentrate here, please. I'm showing you, so you can have a better chance of being a Track-hoe!" Newt exhaled.

"What if I don't want to be one?" Thomas mumbled.

"Wait hold on. You still haven't got a job?" I asked turning to Thomas.
