People started yawning, time flies apparently, it seems like whatever magic the room is made of realized this. The screen faded to black and "eat and rest you can continue in the morning" appeared on the screen. People got up to stretch and grab a bite to eat from the buffet table that appeared.
"You doing alright mate?" Ron asked Harry while filling his plate with food. "I don't know Ron. On the one hand I'm happy that Lara is alive, but on the other she is still gone." Hoot! A familiar (no pun intended) white owl swoops down and lands on Harry's shoulder. "Hedwig? What are you doing here?" Hoot! She steals some food from his plate and flies off.
Meanwhile the adults were trying to process everything they have learned in the past few hours. "I still can't believe everything we've seen is real." Lily says suffering from information overload. "I can't either but at least we finally have some answers." "Yes, but I have even more questions than I did before James, and I'm scared. Lara has been attacked by dragons, statues, goblins, trolls, she has not one but two men after her because of some rare power she has -" "I know Lily, but there is nothing we can do but watch and hope." "Albus, why didn't you tell us that our ancestor was deputy headmistress?" Arthur asks. "I'm sorry Arthur, I thought you already knew."
When everyone finished eating they made their way to the bedrooms the room provided. Harry and Elizabeth wished their parents good night and followed their friends to their rooms. "Harry, can I speak with you for a moment?" Dumbledore asks. "Yes Professor?" "I just wanted to see how you are doing, I can't imagine the emotions you must be feeling right now." "I don't know how I feel sir, on one hand I'm relieved that my sister didn't die that night but at the same time nothing has really changed, she is still gone." He says, his eyes starting to water. Dumbledore places a hand on his shoulder. "If you need someone to talk with, don't hesitate to ask, and if your friends or family are busy you can always come to me." He smiles at the boy he thinks of as his own grandson. "Thank you sir, goodnight." With everything they have seen today people were out in minutes.
The next day
"Good morning, Lily." "(Yawn) Good morning, James. I had the strangest dream last night, I dreamt that we had come to Hogwarts and watched -" "Lily that was not a dream." Lily is stunned. "It was r-real?" "Yes" After taking a few minutes to comfort her, they got dressed and made their way out to join the others. Once everyone was awake and fed the story resumed.
