As she gets dressed for the day Lara can't help but think about the strange dream she had last night.

Flashback

We see the same study from before but this time we can see a bit more of the mystery figure. They are wearing blue and light brown robes with a blue and white hood. We still can't see her face, but we can see what she is writing.

Dear Potters,

If you are reading this it means you have found the crystal. Rest assured both it and this letter are perfectly safe and I mean you no harm in fact I want to help you. I know that you have suffered a great loss and you have my condolences, I know what it's like to lose people you were close to which is why I wrote this letter and hid the crystal. You have no doubt wondered what this symbol means and I promise you, you will soon have the answers you so desperately seek. However, the answers you seek will create even more questions but I hope in time to answer all your questions but you will need to be patient and trust me. Take the crystal with you to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and go to the Great Hall. You will find a pedestal with a stone wand sticking out of it, place the crystal in the wand's handle and I will take it from there.

The Potters gasp, this is the person who brought them here, the person who gave them some of the answers they wanted so badly, but who is she?

Present

Sighing, she grabs her things and heads to everyone's favorite class, History of Magic.

"Oh great time for everyone's favorite class, nap ti- I mean History of Magic!"

"Why hasn't anyone gotten rid of Binns?"

As expected, History of Magic was incredibly boring, the ghost professor lectured on and on about useless information. Lara may love to learn but she'd rather learn something useful, who cares how many wizard cloaks were lost in a certain conflict. It looked like it was going to be another boring class until something strange happened. Professor Binns, as he always does, mistook Lara for one of his former students. They talked for a bit, Binns mentioned his extensive knowledge of goblin rebellions, as well as notable goblins like Eargit the Ugly who entered wizarding politics. However, it's what he said next that got her attention, he explains how some goblins were talented artisans including Bragbor the Boastful.

"Wait, isn't that the name of Ranrok's ancestor?"

Bragbor was well-known for his metalwork, and much of it probably still exists today. Hmm, it's not what I was hoping for but it's better than nothing.

"Unbelievable. The one time that damn ghost says something moderately useful." James groans.

Hogsmeade

With classes done for the day Lara rendezvous with Natty in Hogsmeade.

Lara: "I am ready to do what's needed to take Harlow down. I know you have a plan."

Natsai: "We must gather information from the friends of Mr. Bickle that Archie and Mrs. Bickle mentioned; Agabus Philbert, Otto Dibble and Mr. and Mrs. Rabe."

Lara: "All right."

Natsai: "I suggest that you speak with each of them, while I head to the Hog's Head. I saw some Ashwinders heading there and as my mother would never go near the Hog's Head, she is less likely to learn of my activities than if I were to wander the village questioning its residents."

The girls split up to investigate. Lara finds Mrs. Rabe in the Three Broomsticks, she explains how she works as a security guard at Gringotts and her husband Isko works as a curse-breaker. Harlow approached her about helping him to extort her colleagues into giving him valuables from various vaults. She of course declined and one night she came home only to find her husband gone and a note stuck to the door with a knife. The note told her she had only a few days to reconsider or her husband would suffer but she can't do it. She manages to convince Mrs. Rabe to let her give the note to Officer Singer.
