Midoriya POV:
"Oh, and who might you be?" I froze. His bright yellow eyes, reminding me of an eagle pierced right into my soul. I had no clue on what to do now. A million thoughts and none at all rushed through my head at once. Before I could come to a conclusion he already reached out his hand for me. I moved back, squeezing myself even further under the bed. "C'mon there is no logic in hiding. We'll get you either way!"

"SILVER, what in gods name is taking so long?!" a second person entered the room. "And what the hell are you doing on the floor?" "There's a kid under here." "Huh? What are you talking about?" "Just look for yourself." " I won't start cleaning the dirty ass floor with my clothes! Just get him out of there!" "I can't! He is too far in." "ARE YOU EVEN GOOD FOR ANYTHING?!" Then a leg of the second pare lifted up. He kicked against the bed above me and with a lout noise the bed moved enough for some of me to expose. Silver took his chance and grabbed my arm. Everything happened so fast I had no chance to react. "I got him! I got him!" I tried to struggle but his grip was too strong.

I looked up. In front of me were two middle aged men. One with a grey buzz cut, some beard stubbles, a crazy smile and those yellow eyes. He was quite buffed and tall. Wore a tank top similar shirt with black pants and heavy boots. His hip was covered in wide belts. Some also held his tight chest, thick thighs and big arm together.
The other was slightly taller but just as buffed as the first. He had black dreadlocks reaching all the way down to his big chest. Some strands were braided others had pearls on them. A classic pirate. Was what I thought first time seeing him. He was wearing dark eyeshadow matching his nearly black eye color. His ears were covered in piercings some of them also on his nose and lips. He wore a very tight shirt, at least two sizes too small with a lose jacket casually thrown over his shoulders.

"Hello there gorgeous. My name is Charlie Scabb. And you must be the old man's grandson." The one with the long dreadlocks said with a mischievous smile. "Should I kill him?" Buzz cut asked. "Wait Silver, not so hasty! Just look at him, he would make an adorable pet. Don't you think so?" "But Charlie, wouldn't Viper get mad at you for taking him with us?" Charlies smile disappeared. "Shut up Silver. I'll figure something out!" "Why do you want to keep him so badly?" Silver asked cluelessly. "Have you looked at his god darn face? Also I've been feeling bored when we just sale around recently. I wouldn't mind the company of such a cutie." Charlie answered. "But you have my company. How could you be bored?" " I DON'T WANT YOUR COMPANY!" Silver looked truly hurt all of a sudden. "Wait, Silver I'm-" Silver let go of my arm. "Why don't you make HIM your new bestie then?!" He said with a shaking voice and stormed out of the room. I was dumbfounded on what was going on but I went along with it.

"Poor him." I said. "Hm?" Charlie turned towards me. "Maybe you should go after him. He seemed really hurt." I suggested. "You think so?" "Yeah!" Charlie thought about it for a moment. "Ah, it's fine. This stuff happens all the time. After some time he will have forgotten it ever happened." He then said like it wasn't anything special. "Wow!" "What?" All of a sudden he payed a lot of attention to my opinion. "That's how you resolve your problems?" "Why? Is that wrong? It always works out..." "Don't you think he might start to get sick of it at some point?" Charlie looked at me with a worried expression. "Yeah, you always screaming at him, making him feel worth less. And then you expect him to act like nothing happened? Well, one thing is clear: I would definitely not stick around with a toxic friend like you." I said as judging as I could. "Wait, you really think he is going to stop forgetting about it at some point? And then... will he stop hanging out with me?" "Well I barely know him but that's what I would do."

I quickly realized that that wasn't true when Kacchan jumped into my mind. I guess he wasn't that much different from this guy. At least in that regard. And I stuck around. Guess that was a good choice in the end. Even if it might have not been the healthiest friendship for a while.

"What do you think I should do then?" Charlie asked. "Isn't it obvious?! Go after him and apologize!" I said encouragingly. "You're right!" And with that Charlie stormed out of the room to follow the upset Silver. That was easier that I thought. I quickly walked over to the window, hoping I could escape before the rest of the group would come in here or the other two would realize they had left me in here alone.

I opened the window and climbed onto the windowsill. As soon as I was outside I started running and the moment I spotted some unguarded boats I took my chance. Some of them had some bags and equipment on them. I suspected that those were the boats the Pirates had come with. That meant I had to be careful the mothership was probably close. I picked the one with the most stuff and jumped onto it. It was difficult to paddle on my own especially with all this heavy stuff but this was my best option. Especially because I was forced to leave all of our stuff behind and Kacchan and Shoto didn't have much with them when they left either. My chest was burning and I was panting like a grandpa who had just ran a marathon but I had to keep going. This boat with everything on it was our last chance on continuing this journey without having to start from zero.
