Bakugo POV:
"First of all there is something we need from the stuff we left behind. It's a diary in one of the bag packs. Without it we can't go back home." "I see. Easy enough. Where is it?" "You know the big harbour? There's a cottage on one of the jetty's. It's more isolated from the others. At the house you should meet an old guy. He has it. I'm sure he will get it for you." "Alright... I think it shouldn't be a problem finding it then. What's next?"

"The old man, he- how should I say? You know him. At least that's what I believe. We made a deal with him to find you. A couple years back you apparently saved him from a storm and he's been eager to see you again since. You probable don't remember but maybe you could just I don't know have a talk or something. I don't know how this kind of stuff works!" "Have a talk with an old guy, get a book from him, bring it back. Hm, hm. I can do that!" she seemed weirdly exited about all of this. "What else do you need?"

"This one is a bit more difficult than the rest." I wasn't even sure she could help with this but considering how strong this creature was she might've been able to. "What is it?" She looked at me with a curious expression. "Do you remember the ship you saved Deku from?" "Your Brokkoli friend? Of course I remember!" "Recently they have been harassing some towns people. I don't give a shit about them but apparently they mean a lot to the Brokkoli Nerd, so it's hard for me to ignore them. I believe-" "Wow, you believe a lot don't you? Are you religious? Wouldn't have expected that from you." SHE PISSES ME OFF! "Can you stay on topic?!" "Can you just get to the point already?! You know with how much you stutter it's obvious you don't ask for help often but damn have a little faith will ya! Not everyone is as incompetent and less worth as you think!" "You know what forget it!" I hate her! "I thought this was important to your friend! Your pride more vital than him?" "OF COURSE NOT! WHY DO YOU THINK I'M ASKING FOR HELP IN THE FIRST PLACE?!" She didn't say another word. She just stared at me.

If only I had been more careful. If only I wouldn't have let myself be convinced to help them. If we would have never taken that detour I could have gotten us out myself and none of this-

"So... I swim over to the harbour, make friends with the old guy, get your book, scare some pirates off, potentially damage their boat in order for them to believe there is some kind of sea monster after them but not to much so they can still get out of here. That way I won't have to bother with a bunch of corpses in my ocean. And last but not least I get you a boat leave the book inside so it doesn't get wet, pick up you three and send you off. That good with you?" I admit I was somewhat surprised she was still willing to help. "Yes. Sounds like you got it." "Alright. I'm off then. I'll be back in two hours. Make sure to be ready by then." And with that she suddenly emerged.
Why so hasty all of a sudden?

I turned around and looked at the others. I wanted for Half n' Half and Deku to be able to rest a bit more. Especially because I was sure the path that laid ahead would be a lot harder on us then what we had managed so far. All the way down here we would probably not hear any of the ruckus that was about to occur above the sea level anyway. I got up and walked over to the stuff, the fish lady had fished out of the sea for us. I looked through them one more time and started sorting in what we could need and what would only take away space and be heavy to carry around. Some of it was now drenched food other bags had useful tools like a compass or even maps in it. In case we could dry them and maybe even still be able to read them I deemed 'em useful. After I was done and had managed to pack everything up efficiently we still had over an hour left. I thought about waking the others up so that we could plan ahead more but quickly decided to just let them rest.

I can't remember if the next hour went by in a flash or felt like it would last forever but once it was over I woke up my two boyfriends with an aggressive kiss on the forehead. I quickly explained the situation and we got ready. Now all we had left to do was hope the fish lady would make it out alive. Otherwise we would be dead.

"Do you think she will wait until all of the pirates are gone before she comes to get us?" Deku asked after a couple minutes of silence while we waited. "I'm sure she will. Otherwise we might get in trouble once we are above the surface again." IcyHot answered. "You think Fin is alright?" Deku asked again. "I don't know. But he seemed to have experience with those guys so he'll be fine." "Of course he will!" I said. "Have you seen that crazy old man? They won't put a scratch on him." IcyHot looked at Deku with a slight smile and said "See." Barely a second after he had finished the word a big splash came from the water pool and the fish lady popped out. "Hi there, you guys. I have the book and the boat is ready. We should wait a moment longer until the pirates have fully left. In a sec I'll bring up your stuff and see how the situation is going. Once the coast is clear I'll bring you up one at a time."
