Chapter 89: Perfectly in love!

Midoriya POV:
I woke up in one of the hammocks. Kacchan was also sleeping in the one next to me. I carefully sat up and let my feet down on one side. With a little jump I got onto the bench beneath me and to the floor. As I took a few steps the boat started rocking. I stumbled to the door, wich creaked as I opened and closed it again. Shoto had fallen asleep. I quickly checked the compass. We were still on the right track. I adjusted the sail to make sure it would stay like that and got Shoto a blanket. As I was about to place it over him he slowly started to wake up. "Did I fall asleep?" He rubbed his eyes. "Don't worry nothing happened." I wrapped him up and sat down next to him. He let his head plop onto my shoulder. For a moment we just sat there. I thought he had fallen back to sleep when he suddenly asked a question that caught me off guard. "Izu, how badly do you want to go back?" "Why do you ask?" "I was just thinking, a while back you talked about staying. Do you still feel that way?" I thought about it for a moment. "To be honest I don't care where I am as long as you two are there with me." I smiled at him but he kept quiet. Something must've really been bothering him. "What's wrong, hun?" "Nothing, just thinking." "About what?" "... Our future" "Is it a nice one?" "..."

Time passed. Each evening we would sit together and cuddle and laugh and kiss and enjoy ourselves. Once the sun had rosed we'd jump into the cold ocean, make our boring and cheap rations look like a five star menu and laugh as we enjoyed each other's company. I braided Sho's longer getting hair, while Kacchan would sit there and watch us talk about unimportant things, smiling slightly. His eyes had been sparkling differently recently. As if he was genuinely happy. Sometimes it scared me how perfectly everything was. More and more often I caught myself waiting for the worst we had experienced yet to finally come around the corner and let loose on us. But most of the time all I saw was them and all of their beauty, all of my luck. For the first time I looked someone in their eyes and wanted to find every little sprinkle of colour. For the first time I noticed small moles behind their ears or on their upper arms and on the inside of their legs. I was seriously falling for them harder and harder. Something just felt so light when I was around them. Laying on their bare, warm chests as the sun tickled my nose, every moment felt just so special to me! No love song was able to explain what I felt. And I prayed with all my heart that this would never end. Even if I couldn't stop time and make this moment last I at least wanted for us to stay like this. To continue having such special time even after returning home. I wasn't sure how I could survive without them and something told me the others felt a similar way. Just, that I couldn't shake the feeling they were keeping something important from me.

"Deku! Get out of the water already. You're gonna get all wrinkly!" "Just a few more minutes!" "If you don't move your ass this instant I'm gonna pull you out by your leg!" "Try me!" Kacchan laughed maniacally as he leaned over the edge of the boat and grabbed my ankle wich was floating on the water surface like the rest of me. As I was about to wrestle my way free he suddenly pulled on it so hard my head went under water. He immediately let go and even before I had surfaced again I could already hear his laughter. "Sorry, sorry, here take my hand." He said while still laughing after I had made my way up again. But as I was about to accept his help I saw Sho sneaking up behind him and pushing him into the cold water. Because I was right in front of him I was able to see the shock on his face as he fell into my direction. With a big splash he landed right next to me. "You little bastard! Come here!" Kacchan swam back to the boat. Sho couldn't stop laughing as he quickly took a step back. With a grin Kacchan splashed a huge wave of water onto the boat so that Sho was drenched now as well. He stumbled back and fell onto his butt, still laughing. I couldn't help but laugh as well. And Kacchan did too.

After we had all gotten back on board I wrapped myself into a towel and started to dry of the deck as the other two took of their shirts and pants and hung them up on a thin line hanging outside. We set sail again and because it was so warm and sunny the two of them stayed in their wet boxers instead of putting on some clothes. But considering we didn't have any bathing clothes I wasn't much better either. I joined them on the bench and we made ourselves comfortably as we enjoyed the afternoon sun. "I love you guys ... so much." I suddenly said. "I love you guys too." Sho responded. "I love you the most " Kacchan jut had to make a competition out of this. I couldn't help but smile. Sho tuned his head to me. I followed his lead. He smiled as he placed his hand on my face. "I really do love you." He said. I could feel Kacchan side eyeing us behind me. I turned towards him. He quickly closed his eyes again and I kissed his cheek. He opened his eyes lightly and smiled. Then he grabbed me by my hipp and pulled me onto his lap while managing to grab Sho's hand as well and pulling him in. He was obviously not expecting that and right as he was close enough Kacchan kissed him. Sho burried his face into Kacchans chest and I got comfy on his shoulder. He made sure I wouldn't fall of off his lap as he kissed me.

Oh god, please let this last forever. Please!
