Jahnavi ended up in a room with a small black door with bronze and steel cables on it. She crept slowly to the center of the hauntingly dark room and suddenly got knocked on the head by a gong. Falling unconscious, Jahnavi slid into a deep dream with Evangeline, Allison, and Johnny for some reason.

"We have to figure out what to do with this girl," hissed a raspy and low voice.

"Just dispose of her already!" whispered another voice back.

Jahnavi stared blankly at the dark space above her, not knowing what she should do next. "This eludes me!" she exclaimed (rather dumbly).

Quick and as painful as a lightning strike, she got hit by a gong again. She, once again, slid into a deep and dark space, dreaming of Allison whacking Johnny for being weird and Evangeline laughing. Next, she ended up tied and an apple in her mouth.

"Why canff ere ee uh canny var ...veheably Sdikars, ih mah mouh ihshtead?" she asked.

Translation: Why can't there be a candy bar...preferably Snickers in my mouth instead?

"Just be thankful that you have something to eat," was the answer.

"Where is Allison?", asked Jahnavi after eating the moldy apple. "I thought she followed me to that eerily dark room."

"HA! IT WORKED! YOU LOST YOUR MEMORY!" exclaimed what happened to be a mad scientist.

"What do you want now? Wait...is Evangeline here?" questioned Jahnavi.

"I'm going to see where Jahnavi is. Bye," said Allison.

She came to the same room in which Jahnavi had ventured in before.

"Great, another girl," snickered a raspy and low voice.

"WHO THE F*** IS THIS, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

"We have your friend," laughed the voices all together.

Allison, who was trying to trick the men, while saying, "I don't have any friends. I don't trust nobody and nobody trusts me."

"Hm..I guess we can use her too, but for other reasons," decided the madmen, whom Allison then defined as mad scientists.

Then, wielding two large kitchen knives, drawn at the speed of light from her large backpack, she speared all life forms except for the mad scientists and Jahnavi in 15 seconds flat.

"I will kill you if you do not lead me to where Jahnavi is," Allison screamed with bloody murder in her eyes. "Or you will die next. I already wrote an obituary for Evangeline, and I will write the obituaries of all these goons when I am done with yours. That is, if you agree to my terms."

Feeling scared and emotionally compromised, the owners of the mysterious voices stepped up, while putting their hands up, surrendering willingly. "W-we will give you whatever you want. J-just don't kill us pl-please."

"Lead me to her first," demanded Allison.

"JAHNAVI! I'M HERE!" shouted Allison as she ran to Jahnavi, removing the apple from her mouth while untying her. "I already smacked the dumb goons with my tennis racquet," Allison said matter-of-factly.

"Oh my god. Thank you so much, Allison. I thought you disappeared for a minute," gasped Jahnavi while trembling in fear.

"Disappeared for a minute- what do you mean, I was gone for an hour. Remember?" said Allison.

"You were?" wondered Jahnavi.

"Is your memory worse than Evangeline's?" asked Allison disdainfully.

"But I swear- never mind sorry," replied Jahnavi.

"No problem. We have to find Evangeline now," said the determined Allison. "Have you found out any clues?"

"No, but I found some bloody footprints," exclaimed Jahnavi.

"Ugh, we should follow them," suggested Allison.

"Okay, you should do the back lookout and I'll do the front lookout," declared Jahnavi.
"What if we get separated, or worse, lost?" Allison questioned (obviously after what happened to Evangeline.)

"Evangeline probably followed these footprints so we should follow them," Jahnavi pointed out.

"Yeah, but wait a minute. What do you remember from earlier? You said you don't remember me leaving?" recalled Allison.

"Huh, you never left. The last thing I remember is us arguing about rescuing Evangeline. Have you finally decided to help me?" inquired Jahnavi.

"So you don't remember anything after the argument?" asked Allison.

"I don't?" answered Jahnavi.

"Do you remember, maybe running into anyone who was not in 7th grade?" questioned Allison.

"Hmmm... let me think. No, I don't think so." thought Jahnavi.

"So you don't remember how you ended up here?" interrogated Allison.

"Wait, how did I come here?" asked Jahnavi, as all the memories of the previous incidents started to flood into her mind.
