Ten other thieves entered the room, alarmed at the sound of the door opening.
The teacher shrieked desperately, "NO NO NO, STOP!! DON'T HURT US... PLEASE."
"We'll show 'em who's the real deal," remarked Johnny and Shinkai confidently and tried to imitate a 360 kick and knock the thief's face. The seventh graders could have only wished that they were taller.
The thieves chuckled and inquired to their partners on the floor, "Need help, mates?"
They took a rope and swung it at 85 miles per hour around the classroom, hoping for attention. It certainly gained Merrick and Milo's because they clung onto the rope as the thieves spun it, although that made it a lot harder to spin.
"ARGHHHH," groaned the thief with shoulder pain. He gave up along with his fellow thieves.
Hearing the noise outside, the principal came inside but soon was defeated by the thieves, who held a bomb with a timer and grenades.
"COME CLOSER AND YOU ALL WILL DIE," screamed the thief, grabbing Evangeline, as the target. Allison, who was already planning on surprising the girls by bringing her tennis racquet, quickly whacked Evangeline's head, who is now finally fully conscious after the blow.
"Hey, you want cocaine?" asked Evangeline, grabbing the gun and dodging the blow from the thief. Shooting the thieves one by one, Evangeline professionally slid through the desks.
Unfortunately though, the thieves were too strong. After 15 minutes of struggling, they successfully tied everyone except Jahnavi and Merrick in ropes since they were hiding inside their Zucas.
"Let's make a run for it, although we have to be extremely sneaky," said Jahnavi to Allison.
"You should go with Merrick, since sneaking is your specialty, and get help," responded Allison.
Merrick and Jahnavi snuck out of the classroom and crawled under the ramps to avoid being seen by the thieves camping outside. Surrounded by thieves, they commanded all the teachers not to come close. Then they made a run for the intersection of San Thomas and Homestead Expressway. With only one thief noticing them, they successfully made it across and hid in a bush. The thief ran at them with all his might, but Merrick punched him in the stomach to knock him out.
"WAHAHA, LOOK AT MY PUNCHING SKILLS!!!" boasted Merrick.
"Great, thanks, lol," replied Evangeline over the phone.
"There's no time to waste," scorned Allison
"Everyone will be fine, don't worry, under the care of Iris...LOL", giggled Evangeline, having a dirty-minded moment.
"You idiot," said Jahnavi on the phone, "you need to find a way to stop this"
"Aiya why am I the idiot now," sighed Evangeline as she was tied to the wall.
"Oh wait, I forgot that I have a knife in my pocket," gasped Evangeline
"Yeah, and OH....I have a pocket knife," remarked Baxter, visibly embarrassed.
"Hold on I'm slicing through...OW MY HAND," Evangeline screeched
"Why are you screeching? You're so loud!" Allison complained.
"I feel like it's mea culpa," said Iris.
"It's nobody's fault here so don't worry," said Shinkai wisely
"GUYS, STOP IT," said Jahnavi on the phone. She and Merrick had snuck away by passing through bushes towards the fire station.
"We're almost there," exclaimed Merrick enthusiastically.
"Thought it would be that easy, huh?" sneered a voice behind them. Jahnavi's heart rate rose severely.
"We...gotta...go," gasped Jahnavi, out of breath. The call had ended.
