Chapter 27: Confusion

"Evangelineeeee? Where are you?" called Jahnavi out in the dark.

"She died," said Cody, finding a Lee Know photocard resting in the bushes.

"No, I don't believe in you," refused Jahnavi. "Evangeline may put photocards everywhere to make a trail!"

"Because you can't accept the fact," said Jonas, shaking his head.

"You all hate her so much so of course I don't believe in you guys," snapped Jahnavi.

"You don't trust her yourself so," argued Jonas.

"At least I trust her more than you do," snapped Jahnavi.

"Too many directions la, we're so lost," said the bewildered Iris.

"Just keep going, we must be almost there," urged Allison.

"I need water," said the dehydrated Milo.

"There's only mud puddles..." replied Shinkai.

"Do you have tissues?" asked Allison suddenly.

"I happen to have some by coincidence...from the day when Iris and Evangeline stuffed them into my mouth," said Milo reminiscently.

"Uh we don't speak of that..." said Iris.

Note: not true since Iris threw them all away.

"Good, give it to me," said Allison plainly as she ignored Milo's statement. "I also need leaves."

"I'll go get them," said Shinkai, standing up and beginning a search for leaves.

"Wow Allison, I did not know that you would be so passionate about this," teased Iris.

"Shut up," snapped Allison, showing the censored finger...as expected.

"Found them," said Shinkai cheerfully, holding up his gathered leaves.

"Good, give them to me now," said Allison as she snatched the leaves from Shinkai while crafting them into a bowl.

"Wow Allison, you're really talented in this," remarked Iris.

"Umm, thanks?" responded Allison.

Slowly waiting for the mud puddle to change into water, everyone had a dirty-minded moment.

"Well at least you have water to drink now," said Iris while handing Milo the leaves bowl.

"Hmm, how can I trust in you guys—" started Milo, but was interrupted by Shinkai forcing the bowl into his mouth.

"Wow, two gay boys," remarked Allison. "I wonder what the others are up to."

"For some reason, I want to go back and chat with the dictators," thought Jahnavi out loud.

"Go ahead, but don't count on us to save you," warned Cody.

"I can't understand women," snickered Jonas.

"WOMEN??? EXCUSE ME? I'M LITERALLY NOT EVEN A TEEN YET," yelled Jahnavi.

"Both are the same," replied Jonas.

"Bruh, seriously?" groaned Jahnavi, facepalming.

"I support Jonavi," teased Cody.

Tackling Cody, the three of them tumbled over a ledge into a dark cavern below.

"What was that for?" said Cody, indignant.
