Inside the heartbreakers club, it's attendees clapped and cheered the last act as Victoria stayed sitting still, looking grave. Suddenly, the lights went dark, making the crowd whistle, hoot, and holler louder then the Big Bad Wolf in Tex Avery's "Red Hot Riding Hood". Devil dust, who was sitting nearby Victoria along some of his men, sprayed himself with cologne and tried to look decent for the next act.

"What's with him?" One of the mobsters asked, referring to his boss.

"Mr. Dust never misses a night when my daughter: Lorelai performs" Victoria explained.

Suddenly, the curtains parted, revealing Lorelai in a stunningly short black dress the shimmered under the spotlight and black knee-high boots that had red laces that led up to a bow. Her back with her beautiful leathery wings face the crowd as she held up a delicate glass full of rose. A devilish smirk covered her face as her skeleton band started playing.

Welcome to the city of lies

Where everything's got a price

It's gotta be in your favorite place

You can be a movie star

And get everything you want

Just put some plastic on your face.

This place is a circus, you just see the surface

They cover shit under the rug

You can't see them faking, they'll never be naked

Just fill your drink of tonic gin, this is the American dream, so-

Sip the gossip, drink 'til you choke

Sip the gossip, burn down your throat

You are not iconic, you are like them all

Do act like you don't know, so.

Sip the gossip, drink 'til you choke

Sip the gossip, burn down your throat

You are not iconic, you are like them all

Do act like you don't know.

As the curtains fell on a proud Lorelai, her audience applauded for her, unknowing of the true meaning behind her performance. Devil Dust's men looked fearful as their boss sat there, stunned. Victoria remained silent as her eye twitched in anger.

"I don't know how to feel" Devil dust admitted before looking at his business partner.

Silance.

"Miss Valentine?" He asked.

Suddenly she stood up.

"I'll be back. I have to talk to my daughter" she said, grinding her teeth together as she stormed out.

What nobody knew was that that was Lorelai's last performance, last night in Hell, and the last time Lorelai ever saw her beloved wings.
