Lorelai immediately stepped in front of Ditch as she pulled out more cards.
"Oh shit! Stay down. I'll deal with this" she told him.
"Hehe, you're fucking dead" one of the demons threatened.
Then they started shooting at her. Lorelai was able to kill a few of them with relative ease using her cards until one jumped on her back and stabbed her shoulder. She yelled in pain before Ditch pulled out a gun he was carrying and obliterated the guy.
"Eat lead, fucker!" He yelled before lending a hand to the cambion angel to help her up.
"I told you. I can handle myself" he told her, helping her to her feet.
She smirked before they began fighting off the demons, reducing them into blood and guts.
"This did not go as planned..." the last demon said before one of Lorelai's cards went completely through his head.
She smirked before looking at the Heartless.
"Well, that wasn't something I expected to see" he told her, a little shocked.
"Like I told everyone before, you don't know me. Singing isn't the only thing I'm good at" she told him smirking before she punched his arm.
"And it's good to know that this guy isn't that bad" she added.
Ditch smiled as they started walking down the street.
"Hey, when we get back to the Scrap house, how about a drink? I'll be buying" she asked him.
"You read my mind" he replied with a smirk before he gave her a playful noogie.
