"Siya, there's a pooja at the Singhania's house," Purvi said, letting her know about the special event the family was hosting to celebrate their new beginnings. "Yeah, Mumma, Abhi mentioned it earlier," Siya replied, remembering their conversation.
"It's a traditional pooja. Aarti asked us to come over to pick out some sarees," Purvi added. "Sounds nice, Mumma! Let's go!" Siya said, excited about helping with the preparations.

"Perfect timing! Ramesh just dropped off the sarees," Aarti welcomed them with a smile. "Great! Auntie, where's Abhi?" Siya asked.
"Abhi's in his room," someone lounging on the couch chimed in casually. Siya was surprised to hear someone else call him that so casually. She couldn't remember anyone besides her using that nickname for him.
It was none other than Alia Kapoor, the sister of the late Rishabh Kapoor, Abhimanyu's best friend. After everything that had happened in the past, Alia never intended to run into Abhimanyu again. But now, she had decided to confront him about her brother's death.
"Oh, Siya, that's Alia," Aarti explained, noticing Siya's reaction to Alia's familiar tone. "You remember Abhimanyu's childhood friend, Rishabh? She's his sister."
"For Alia, he's always been Abhi since they were kids. They've always called him that," Aarti whispered, shooting Siya a sympathetic glance. "Auntie, I'm going to Abhimanyu's room," Siya announced.
"Oh, I'll join you," Alia added, a hint of eagerness in her voice. A wave of jealousy washed over Siya at her response, but she fought to keep her cool. After all, Alia had been a big part of Abhi's childhood.

"Hey, who are you?" Alia said with a sarcastic tone. "And you know Abhi hates being called that by anyone else, right? Not even his parents."
"I know, Alia. But I don't think he minds it, or else he would've told me. And just so you know, Abhi and I will figure things out together," Siya shot back, matching Alia's sarcasm.
"Abhi, where are you?" Siya called as she walked into his room. When she looked around, she found him sleeping peacefully in bed, all bundled up in his blanket.
Realizing Alia was right behind her, Siya paused for a moment. She knew Abhi often slept shirtless, a habit she thought was something she wanted to keep just for herself. Feeling a bit possessive, she rushed over to him, covering him with the blanket and waking him from his sleep.
"Abhi, wake up," Siya gently nudged him. "Hmm," Abhimanyu mumbled sleepily, his eyes fluttering open. A big smile spread across his face when he saw Siya. Without thinking, he pulled her close, wrapping her in a tight hug against his bare chest.
