The hospital was buzzing with urgency as the doctors and nurses rushed Siya into the emergency room. Abhimanyu held her hand tightly until the doors closed, separating them. Left standing in the hallway, he felt helpless, with fear and worry written all over his face.
Rajveer, still fuming, spotted Alia lingering near the waiting area. He wasted no time, grabbing her arm and pulling her into a quiet corner. "Rajveer, what's wrong with you?" Alia whispered sharply, trying to yank her arm free.
He pushed her against the wall, his anger boiling over. "What were you thinking, Alia? You promised me you wouldn't hurt Siya like this." Alia's face was calm, her tone icy. "Relax. I knew what I was doing. I made sure it happened at the base, not on the trail, so we could get her help in time. I wasn't trying to kill her."
Rajveer stared at her in disbelief. "And you think that makes it okay? You still put her life at risk!"
Alia's voice dropped, her words deliberate. "It had to be done. I needed a situation where Siya would be vulnerable, and I made that happen. Now, here's what you need to do."
Rajveer crossed his arms, his jaw tight. "What do you want?" "I'm heading back to the base," Alia said, her voice steady. "I need you to send Abhimanyu with me. When Siya wakes up and asks for him, you'll tell her he left with me because I wasn't feeling well, and he wanted to help."
Rajveer's eyes narrowed. "You want me to lie to her? To make her think Abhimanyu abandoned her?" Alia's eyes gleamed with a cruel satisfaction. "Exactly. It's the perfect opportunity to deepen her insecurities about me and Abhimanyu. Either you do this, or next time, I won't be so considerate about how long it takes to reach the hospital."
Rajveer's mind raced. He knew Alia was ruthless, but he couldn't believe the depths to which she was willing to go. Despite the hatred boiling inside him, he knew he had no choice.
Tears welled up in his eyes as he nodded. "Fine, I'll do it. But if anything happens to Siya because of this..." Alia cut him off, her voice softening slightly. "Rajveer, I would never really hurt Siya. She's innocent, and she's your sister. But you need to help me create this misunderstanding between her and Abhimanyu."
Rajveer's heart ached, torn between his love for his sister and the manipulative demands of Alia. "I don't understand why you're doing this."
Alia sighed, looking almost regretful. "It's complicated. Just remember, Rajveer, take good care of Siya." Without waiting for a response, she turned and walked away, leaving Rajveer standing there. His shoulders slumped, and tears finally spilled down his cheeks as he realized he was trapped. He had no choice but to go along with her plan—for Siya's sake.

Rajveer saw Abhimanyu pacing in the waiting area, looking restless and worried. Taking a deep breath, Rajveer walked over, trying to keep his expression calm, even though guilt was eating him up inside.
