Rajveer stepped into the hospital room, his chest heavy with emotions. The sight of his Abhimanyu lying motionless on the bed, surrounded by monitors, made his breath catch. Aarti and Karan were seated near the bed, while Virajas sat quietly on the couch in the corner, looking utterly drained.

Rajveer hesitated before moving closer. His voice cracked as he asked, "Papa, where's Ma? Why isn't she here?" Virajas glanced up, his eyes bloodshot from lack of sleep. "She went home to make dinner," he said softly. "No one's eaten since morning."

Rajveer turned to Abhimanyu, his heart aching as he took in the bruises and bandages. It was unbearable to see his brother like this. And yet, the cruel irony of fate wasn't lost on him—once again, Abhimanyu and Siya's paths seemed destined for heartbreak.

As Rajveer sank into a chair near Virajas, Karan passed him a glass of water. The silence in the room was oppressive, broken only by the beeping of the machines. Finally, Aarti spoke, her voice fragile but determined.

"Rajveer," she began, looking at him with pleading eyes, "why was Abhimanyu in such a hurry to leave for Mumbai? What was so urgent?"

Rajveer froze for a moment, knowing he couldn't reveal the truth about Siya—not now. His voice was calm, masking the storm within. "He had a meeting with an important client from Paris," he said. "It couldn't be rescheduled."

Aarti nodded, though her eyes lingered on him, sensing there was more to the story. But before she could ask further, Karan turned to Virajas.

"Virajas, you just got back from London," he said gently. "Why don't you head home and rest? You look exhausted." Virajas hesitated, glancing at Abhimanyu. "I don't want to leave him."

Karan placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "We're here. He's stable now. Go home, freshen up, and get some sleep."

After a moment of reluctance, Virajas agreed and left the room. The silence returned, heavier now with only Aarti, Karan, and Rajveer left behind.

As Aarti gazed at her son, a sudden movement caught her eye. Her breath hitched. "Abhimanyu..." she whispered, leaning forward.

His finger twitched. Then, slowly, his eyes fluttered open, barely managing to focus. "Ma..." he croaked, his voice hoarse and weak. Aarti's tears spilled over as she leaned closer, gripping his hand tightly. "I'm here, Abhimanyu," she said, her voice trembling with relief and emotion. "I'm right here."

Rajveer and Karan both leaned forward, their hearts pounding as they watched him. The sight of Abhimanyu waking brought a glimmer of hope to the room.

Just then, Dr. Asthana entered, responding to Karan's earlier call. He quickly moved to Abhimanyu's side, checking his vitals and assessing his condition. "Abhimanyu," he said gently, "can you hear me? Do you know where you are?"
