My mom was complaining to me about stuff. I gave her advice and my opinion, she just kept making excuses. I gave up on saying anything so she just continued and then we sat in silence. She later asked me if I was mad at her. I told her no and that I just really didn't care. She got mad at me and told me.

"Well when you would come home and complain about kids from school I listened even though I didn't care."

I just simply said "I knew you never cared, plus I did sit here and listen plus I talked to you about it. it's not like I don't care about your feelings or anything."

She really didn't say anything after that. I don't really think I was in the wrong. I just stated how I felt and I kind of was just done I want to tell her that I gave her advice and she just made excuses so I don't really care. You're gonna do what you want to do and it's not my problem.
